I received a message from them telling me that fraudulent activity had been detected and they would terminate 'Payday' in my account. According to the developer, this was due to a technical issue. It was fixed a week later. $10-$20 product testing opportunities and missions have mostly disappeared. Expect no more than $2-5 a day on average. Good enough to pay for your morning coffee. The new gigs section is a bust. Don't try it unless you really need 10¢ to reach the $10 cash-out threshold.

The app isn't bad, but one feature I liked got removed, it used to be you'd get $0.10 if you didn't qualify, then it became $0.05, now it's nothing, for the few surveys I did I haven't gotten anything if I didn't qualify, I wouldn't mind not getting anything if I just started a survey, but when I'm half way through a 20 minute survey, and I get disqualified, it's quite annoying. This app is good, easy to use, and has little to no ads. I just hope they add back that feature. Bring back the $0.10!

This app used to be decent. It used to pay something, even if you didn't qualify. It has a payday feature that sucks 😕 The app disables your accessibility which causes you to miss out on the payday, which isn't much. The surveys are extremely long and not worth the pay. Too much of a headache and not worth my time. I've had the app for years and have been paid by them but now when you try to reach out to them through support, they are unreachable 😡. I do NOT RECOMMEND. Do not waste your time.

Every time I get a notification that a survey is available it says it's already closed. even if I'm In the app when I get the notification. they are never there. and sending a message to support is useless. same automatic response. did a search to see if this was happening to anyone else. to no Surprise reviews on other sites, forms and Reddit all say the same or it says that you complete 98% and then it kicks you out saying that it's been completed. huge waste of time

Its truly a great app! It pays out VERY fast to amazon gift cards and the surverys give you a decent amount of money, though every great app has downsides. The downsides of the app is that it is very "do this!" or "do that!" trying to give you other things to do then the surverys which in itself might seem like a good idea but it actually is just throwing stuff in the users face. Another downside is the time of how long the surveys are. 20 minutes for 2$ AND you may not even qualify. Thats all!

Updated review I'm really unhappy with the recent changes, the overall experience is worse off now. Scratch cards are the worst. Used to get paid for my time if I didn't qualify. Now I spend 10 min answering questions and get nothing for my time if I don't qualify because you don't win anything from those cards. Waiting for days to be paid for bonus gigs is also really infuriating. one of the bonus games didn't pay me and I kept getting automatic responses and it was never resolved.

Easy surveys, prompt payment, fun app! Surveys are sporadically available & less so if you don't sign-on to the weekly data tracking option, but still fun. I get kicked out of, or "don't qualify" frequently, which is frustrating, especially now that there is no longer the $0.10 consolation reward, but I love the big $$ surveys & product tests.

Having an issue with entering text responses clearing out the entire field of entered text if I try to use voice typing or autocomplete, but it also happens randomly. It is VERY frustrating! A fairly recent issue. Still, this is my favorite survey app out there. Cash outs are immediate to PayPay once you reach $10. I love the location based surveys and the bonus surveys, but by far missions are my favorite op! I rarely qualify for product trials, but the ones I have done were fun and easy.

Legit app, just takes a while to earn enough to cash out. Or maybe it's just me. 95% of the surveys I get I'm ineligible for and only get .10 credited to my account. *Update* Now that I've had the app for a few months I'm getting more surveys to be eligible for. Meaning I reach the threshold to redeem points a little faster. I really like that I can have the reward sent straight to my PayPal account instead of having to mess with gift cards or virtual visas. Much more convenient.

They just want your personal info, not worth the time, only works if you allow it to use and have all the data on your phone and even then you make little to nothing from servers if there are any and it is always running and checking other apps which ends up making your phone and other apps just not function well, it's pretty much malware that tries to get you to willingly give up all your info in exchange for pennies on the dollar all while they still screw up your phones systems and apps

Under no circumstances do any of the In Store projects where they claim will pay a much higher amount say over $15 or more. THEY WILL NOT PAY!!! My wife and I both run the app and we did an in-store assignment in Best Buy to evaluate the Google phone displays. We spent 30+ minutes there doing what was asked in the survey. Two days later, the status of this survey shows up as rejected. They make very flimsy excuses why they will not pay. On all other areas they are they are OK. Buyer BEWARE!

The app is okay but most times I always have a problem doing the crack it open survey because when I have to play a trailer of a show, it doesn't even play the video and when I try to move on to the next question, it won't let me because I didn't watch the trailer. Also most of the surveys on there i try taking, I get disqualified which at times can be frustrating.

Honestly, hands down one of the best survey apps out there. Downside, you can only cash out at $10. BUT, despite that rule, it's easy to make $10 in order to cash out. Unlike other survey apps (lookin' at you Five Surveys) that take forever for you to accumulate enough to cash out, SOTG makes it super easy. I probably sound like a bot, but I swear the last 2 times I was able to cash out over the last 2 weeks, it's been for $34 and $22, respectively. And that's an anomaly.

So-so. This can be a good app but for the second time it has changed my length of participation from over a year back down to brand new which then affects the weekly Payday. This is still not fixed.... I am back to be only part of Payday for two weeks when I send screen shots showing I have been involved for weeks upon weeks upon weeks!!!! Dropping another star since nobody seems to care to fix this when it is not the first or even second or third time it has happened!!!

After two weeks, I've decided to edit my review. The surveys are ok, they do pay out. My issue is with their gigs, the games you can play for money. I've had a lot of issues with them not paying out when you complete tasks, and the customer service is garbage. Be wary of doing gigs, because half of the time you won't get credit, and they refuse to pay you what you earned.

This app was great, but now it's "almost" good The surveys pay decent enough, but you also get a scratch card that 90% of the time doesn't give you anything, for almost every survey you don't qualify for, which was first 10¢, then reduced to 5¢, and now practically nothing. On the bright side, if you ever have any problems, the tech support team is more than willing to help the best they can.

UPDATE: There hasn't been any surveys for a couple of weeks now. I contacted customer service, "..I can confirm that your account was deactivated by our internal systems, which use advanced tools to identify activity that may go against our policies. Unfortunately, accounts flagged in this way are permanently blacklisted and cannot be reactivated." I didn't do anything. It is absolutely absurd!! I have had the app for years!They need to debug their "advanced internal systems"!!!!

Beware of the rewards for games! This happened to me: Downloaded the game, played the game, earned and was paid the first few rewards. Continue to play the game, not getting rewards I should. Opened a ticket and showed proof that I should get the rewards. Received a vague and canned response that I didn't meet requirements (which I did) or something about terms and conditions (which hadn't been an issue for the first few rewards....). I *always* go through the app to play the games.

This app is absolute trash now. Not only do you barely make any money from spending so much time doing surveys when you actually get them but now it's making my phone act crazy. It freezes other app, causes my system ui to shut down, and I lost an almost year streak because THEY messed up. They haven't had an update in a long time. It's becoming more trouble than it's worth. I swear I'm close to deleting this app. So annoying!!! I can't even open the app anymore without it crashing.

I've been using this app for years (I just checked, and my first cash out was in January of 2018). Over the past year or so, the app has only gone downhill. They used to offer 10 cents for each disqualification, then it went to 5 cents, now it's those awful scratch off cards that are usually "good luck next time." Surveys are currently glitching and kicking you out after you're almost finished. I'm still waiting for Support to adequately compensate me for my time wasted. Then I'm done.
