well you get access to your medical files, how ever, alot of it you can't upstanding unless your a doctor. also seems to be a lot of copy and paste going on, I see a lot of repeated statements, word for word statements shared by all staff. seems like one report is made and the rest copy and paste it . plus they wont admit any mistakes so that makes me not trust the data.its a shame really
Reviews for Sutter Health My Health Online
← Back to Sutter Health My Health OnlineI have been impressed w/ Sutter "My Health Online" since its launch. The platform provides timely access to test results, along w/ graphs that make it easy to monitor progress and support healthier habits. The ability to securely communicate w/ physicians at any time, schedule appts, receive reminders, and manage payments all in one place has made my healthcare experience significantly more efficient. The system is reliable and has greatly reduced the stress of managing my overall health.
Overall, this is the best health messaging system I've encountered. (In contrast, MyChart was so bad it was one of the reasons I left UCSF.) My one frustration with MyHealth is that you can't continue a conversation with a doctor or PA after a pretty brief period of time, maybe a week or less.
EXCELLENT way to track appointments, diagnostics, medications, procedures, aftercare, and visit summaries, which include details about further action. If one has all medical interactions through Sutter facilities, your medical history is all right there. It is incredibly convenient to be able to communicate with your medical providers right from the app; no more calling and leaving messages.
The login in the app is painful. At the time app was downloaded, they could ask for preferance to use pw or biometric each time app is opened. Too many things on the home page. Just the layout makes it look really crowded and untidy. There is no need to give explore menu at the bottom. User Intial is highlighted in big circle. A waste of space! User knows it is their account. No need to highlight it.
I like the app, but they send way too many notifications, messages, and reminders. For each visit there are multiple questionarres, messages, and reminders. The app also notifies me for messages to my wife that I do not have access to.
I like MHO very much. It works equally well on my phone or desktop. Last week though, I wanted to use app to make a lab appointment (something that usually works flawlessly) but none of the labs in the Sacramento area were listed at that time. I had to search the Facilities Directory and make the appointment on the phone. As an aside, I was told that the missing info was due to a MHO update problem. Oddly, the only lab that showed up was the one on Scripps Ave that was closed down 1 or 2 yrs ago
Despite granting camera and microphone permissions, telehealth calls almost never work. Also, it constantly freezes up when logging into the app, and sends multiple upcoming appointment reminders daily starting about a week out from an appointment. The only good is the ability to access written records easily.
Very happy with the app. Makes it very easy to get medical information as needed at any time, also easy check-in or setting doctors appointments. The only thing I would like is to be able to get screen prints of information. I understand it is a privacy concern, but with verification from the patient, it would be helpful. I'm getting old and forgetful, lol. Don't always want go through searching information that I need to remember.
It's a great app. Needs a way to change/edit more information. The messaging is very responsive, getting answers within 24 hrs instead of waiting until your next visit is a stress saver. I like having access to test results, really helps with seeing the overall picture of health and the graphs make it easy to have a general idea even though I don't necessarily know what they all mean.
never had a bad experience with the app it's pretty easy to navigate and find everything, super easy to make appointments and message my doctor with questions. I have my son connected to my account which makes it easier to keep track of his appointments. The app has some flaws, but what app doesn't lol. It would have to be a personal experience for others to know what they like and don't like about the app. I definitely recommend 😁
This app is worth having! I get my lab results in record time and receive messages from my other physicians. I like being able to download or print everything so I can have a hardcopys. I get reminders of yearly test I need to schedule an appointment for so I am always up to day on things. I love this app!
The app has gotten significantly better. I believe it's because of the the new security features of the password and fingerprints which makes it more secure and keep sorry info I think safer. I haven't had any trouble with it lately so I think it's doing pretty well now 4 Stars just to see if it holds the passwords longer this time fingerprint reader keeps recognizing me .
instead of charging me for 1 single visit like it said it was going to. It charged my entire bill that was owed that I was making payments on because I could afford it. The worst thing about it is that they take 30-45 days to refund the money even though it took seconds to pull from my account. DO NOT TRUST THE APP TO PAY YOUR BILL FOR UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS IF YOU HAVE ANY BALANCE!!!!!
1. This is great for communicating with your doctor, leaving messages back & forth similar to texting. 2. Very easy to make appointments too. 3. The billing department is always been a challenge for us to deal with. As an example, they don't know what insurance plans Sutter Health accepts. You have to go to their website & research it yourself. You'd think they should know this & have an updated list handy. But they don't. 5 stars 🌟 for the first 2 areas but only 2 stars 🌟 for the last.
It's pretty simple. Gives you the information you need, gives you access to communicate with your doctors when necessary, is able to set up appointments, and requests refills. View after visit summaries, get reminders for appointments, annual visits, and shots. Easy to use, easy to navigate once you set it up, but it's really nothing fancy or with special features. What you see is what you get.
Terrible app. The web app sends messages that are more like click bait than info from my medical providers. Not in sync with my Dr. Goes down a confusing set of pages. It does not even have a navigation banner at top to get back to home page. Getting out dated messages and can't get rid of them. No longer has computer version. Can't log in there. But on cell phone test results pages are very difficult to see enough history. Password entry has no option to show password, I need this sometimes.
I love the options available to me that this app offers. It makes things easier for me as a patient, to get information about my care. I can ask questions without sitting on hold. I can pay my bill, schedule appointments and even check in for an appointment when I arrive. It even has the option of Google Maps to locate an office that I've never been to, built right in. Whoever thought of this app is, in my opinion, brilliant! Thank you!
The app is great for reviewing your personal information (test results, appointments and such) , but there is no "back" option. For example, when you click on an appointment to view the details, there is no way to go back to the home page, the only choices are "app preferences" and "exit", so you can only do one task at a time and have to exit out and then sign back in again which is very cumbersome and annoying! I sure hope this gets fixed!!!
The app would be okay if I could log in regularly when I need to. However, half the time the app tells me my username or password is wrong even after I try it two or three times. Then I just go over to the website and log in with no problem. I can just save time, skip the app, and go directly to the website. The app has always been glitchy like this with me.
