Haven't spent "SB" to know for a fact if I'll get money from the app, but if it does actually pay out, it seems quite easy to reach even 10$. But for receipt scanning, I've used another app in which the products that you can get bonus points from don't have to be added to a list, but rather if you have them on the receipt, they'd give points for them to you automatically. It'd be a lot less trouble if I didn't have to add them to a list, because I never know when I'll buy certain products.

Played for 3 days, account deactivated. I go to the website to reactivate, and when I attempt to log in, nothing happens. I can't open a ticket, and now I can't progress on anything. I haven't violated any rules, I was just casually playing games.. Will rerate if I get assistance recovering my account as I was enjoying the app.

It really is tedious to get enough Swagbucks to get anything worth getting at all. It's also frustrating getting halfway through a survey just to suddenly get kicked out because you don't meet whatever qualifications all of a sudden. Especially when it's a particularly long survey. The games would be much better if they didn't have a time limit for earning points from them. if you have the time you can get enough points to get something worth your trouble but it will take a lot of time

I love this app, besides a couple survey errors that I didn't finish my reward. I have found no problems. Gets kind of addictive once you get used to it , and you get gift e-cards pretty quick. I plat everyday, just to have a little money to spend just on me and whatever I want. A lot of the surveys watch your time to complete. If you read fast, like I do, slow down and it will count. Do not speed read. The reward points for surveys have dropped as of September.

Terrible! The app will NOT send me a notification code for me to successfully submit my reciepts and receive proper credit. I've emailed support multiple times and the issue still isn't fixed. They make you submit a photo of your driver's license PLUS face optics of both sides of your face which is very intrusive. Even after all that the issue still is not fixed!!!

Stopped tracking games. I installed Goblins Wood which is the game with the highest reward and it didn't track my progress. Typical. I was really enjoying it too. I tried a couple more games and none is tracking. I've installed all of them through the app. Even waited a couple days but nope. Sucks because even if they fix it, I can't play Goblins Wood or any game now because it's already been downloaded. Looks like it's time to delete Swagbucks.

Although you may be able to be legitimately paid, it is hardly worth the time and effort that must be put in. If you get a game and the app doesn't track, you don't get any of the rewards and the help desk cannot help you besides providing a few dollars on of another task. It takes hours to get anything, and overall it's just more effort than I personally find it worth. It may be beneficial to some, but it just drained my time and I can't pull out the $5 that I have unless I make $10 more.

Very Misleading App. you have to play nonstop all day to reach goals. The larger goals they make impossible unless you purchase in game- which I refuse. When you reach them, they take a week to add your points. Then another week or so to get enough accumulated to qualify for a card. Then another 10 days before they will even release the card you've earned. Dont play this to make money fast. You will be disappointed. I enjoy the game so I play for that.

I have such a love/hate relationship w/ this app. The biggest problem is I get kicked out of 90% of surveys. It's so frustrating. If u contact customer support, they say u can include screenshots (which I do) & they'll look into it & help u. A day or 2 later, you'll get an email saying they're sorry, but there's nothing they can do. I've cashed out a lot of times, so at least it's real. Best one was reviewing a new show before it came out & when it premiered on Hulu it was the best feeling ever!

If you are looking to play games and take surveys then be robbed when you go to redeem this is the app for you. I put a lot of time into the app so I could redeem for some extra cash and instead of getting to redeem my account was locked then inactivated. When I tried reaching out to their 'customer service' it wouldn't even let me submit a ticket. Stay away from this app.

They'll suspend your account for no reason (zero warning) to fish for pictures of personal documents. You go through the phishing scam. You try to redeem the remaining points in your account. They flash an error message that your account needs to be verified with no link to click, no setting to toggle. Just to shaft you. This is on top of rewards taking a minimum of one week (usually more) to pay out.

meaningful bonuses are impossible to achieve without spending just as much money as you'd get, somehow I'm never eligible for the surveys, and when you do finally get enough points to cash out they take upwards of 10 days to email you a digital gift card. waste of time and patience. also the customer service is automated nonsense. you'd have more luck complaining to a wall.

Drains half of my battery overnight when it's not even open. I don't need 2 free cents that badly. Update: Power issues don't seem like a problem now, but many issues with getting points from games credited properly. I am completing goals well within the time limit only for the game page to tell me "Expired" when other screens say "30 Days Remaining" and "2 days left". So the website is not even agreeing with itself, why should I expect them to get anything else right?

Locked out of my account with $170 balance. It's been over a month since I contacted support and they have not contacted me back, other than to say they received my request. Upon research, it seems like people who leave a balance on their account mysteriously have their account suspended, so they end up losing the money. Would not recommend this app! Do not leave a balance on your account, they will keep your earnings!!

Earn swagbucks to convert to money by playing games, taking surveys, and shopping at merchants. Games may have purchase options, but I have yet to need them. There are many ways to earn and have fun. Until 9/29/25 I used SWAGBUCKS how and when I wanted with little intrusion into my life. Now, I get multiple notifications and emails daily. This is just annoying. I just changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars.

I use to like this site, but recently they have made it impossible to make any money anymore. You used to could send in a ticket to get your level points that didn't register, but now when you do they'll just say that the levels time expired. The levels that they demand to get any game money is also ridiculous now. One game actually said I needed to get to level 5000! Then to even level 10,000! I don't think I will continue trying to make money on this site anymore, and that's sad.

I've had my account forever. Redeemed a couple times no problem. I started playing some of the games and racked up about 130$ "swagbucks" says my account was suspended today. For no reason at all. No email, just to login on the website and "contact support" So I tried doing so, the mobile website is absolute trash. took 10 minutes just trying to be able to send an email. just for it to say someone will reply in 30 days Seems to me like the con artist don't want to pay so they just suspend.

changed my star rating. this app used to be my goto app to get rewards, I've been a member for a very long time, and now I'm not so sure. they took away the ability to print coupons, which was a big thing for me. They also stopped the random SB for search unless you do something else first. collector bucks are impossible to get. and they keep changing the look of the app, which means people can't find what they are looking for! and they changed the reward for your birthday! it's terrible!

It splits the "up to" amount in saying if you make in-app purchases. Have to play extremely long to even get a buck or 2. I've literally been playing a whole day. And that's how much I got. The goals can only be achieved again if you make in-app purchases. Don't bother. Mistplay and playwell are better at achieving goals without purchases.

Let me start out by saying, I've gotten some good payouts from completing a couple of offers for one-time type activities. The frustration comes from the offers for playing games. it does take a ton of play time to earn anything at all, & it's usually something pretty small, but that's alright. The issue that I have had with at least 3 different games now is that they expire SEVERAL days before they are set to. This has happened several times now, & it's infuriating & definite false advertising.
