Haven't spent "SB" to know for a fact if I'll get money from the app, but if it does actually pay out, it seems quite easy to reach even 10$. But for receipt scanning, I've used another app in which the products that you can get bonus points from don't have to be added to a list, but rather if you have them on the receipt, they'd give points for them to you automatically. It'd be a lot less trouble if I didn't have to add them to a list, because I never know when I'll buy certain products.

Played for 3 days, account deactivated. I go to the website to reactivate, and when I attempt to log in, nothing happens. I can't open a ticket, and now I can't progress on anything. I haven't violated any rules, I was just casually playing games.. Will rerate if I get assistance recovering my account as I was enjoying the app.

It really is tedious to get enough Swagbucks to get anything worth getting at all. It's also frustrating getting halfway through a survey just to suddenly get kicked out because you don't meet whatever qualifications all of a sudden. Especially when it's a particularly long survey. The games would be much better if they didn't have a time limit for earning points from them. if you have the time you can get enough points to get something worth your trouble but it will take a lot of time

I love this app, besides a couple survey errors that I didn't finish my reward. I have found no problems. Gets kind of addictive once you get used to it , and you get gift e-cards pretty quick. I plat everyday, just to have a little money to spend just on me and whatever I want. A lot of the surveys watch your time to complete. If you read fast, like I do, slow down and it will count. Do not speed read. The reward points for surveys have dropped as of September.

Terrible! The app will NOT send me a notification code for me to successfully submit my reciepts and receive proper credit. I've emailed support multiple times and the issue still isn't fixed. They make you submit a photo of your driver's license PLUS face optics of both sides of your face which is very intrusive. Even after all that the issue still is not fixed!!!

Stopped tracking games. I installed Goblins Wood which is the game with the highest reward and it didn't track my progress. Typical. I was really enjoying it too. I tried a couple more games and none is tracking. I've installed all of them through the app. Even waited a couple days but nope. Sucks because even if they fix it, I can't play Goblins Wood or any game now because it's already been downloaded. Looks like it's time to delete Swagbucks.

Although you may be able to be legitimately paid, it is hardly worth the time and effort that must be put in. If you get a game and the app doesn't track, you don't get any of the rewards and the help desk cannot help you besides providing a few dollars on of another task. It takes hours to get anything, and overall it's just more effort than I personally find it worth. It may be beneficial to some, but it just drained my time and I can't pull out the $5 that I have unless I make $10 more.

Very Misleading App. you have to play nonstop all day to reach goals. The larger goals they make impossible unless you purchase in game- which I refuse. When you reach them, they take a week to add your points. Then another week or so to get enough accumulated to qualify for a card. Then another 10 days before they will even release the card you've earned. Dont play this to make money fast. You will be disappointed. I enjoy the game so I play for that.

I have such a love/hate relationship w/ this app. The biggest problem is I get kicked out of 90% of surveys. It's so frustrating. If u contact customer support, they say u can include screenshots (which I do) & they'll look into it & help u. A day or 2 later, you'll get an email saying they're sorry, but there's nothing they can do. I've cashed out a lot of times, so at least it's real. Best one was reviewing a new show before it came out & when it premiered on Hulu it was the best feeling ever!

If you are looking to play games and take surveys then be robbed when you go to redeem this is the app for you. I put a lot of time into the app so I could redeem for some extra cash and instead of getting to redeem my account was locked then inactivated. When I tried reaching out to their 'customer service' it wouldn't even let me submit a ticket. Stay away from this app.
