App is good, but I wish I had the option to cancel an order without having to call the store because no one answers. Sometimes things come up and I don't want to be charged for a drink I ordered that I won't be able to pick up, especially when it could be canceled way before they would start making it.
Downloaded it just to check a gift card balance although I was hoping to be able to just check it on a website. I also found the app UI to be a bit on the less friendly side. Nice color scheme though.
I had to install this app just to check a gift card balance. I entered in all the info requested and it would not send me the text with the balance. I uninstalled it. This app is a data mining app that meant only for fishing of personal information.
You cannot order on this app. I want to pick up from a nearby store that I know does pickup, but it only gives a delivery option. Won't even show a store near me on the app. Absolutely useless.
I love swig and doordashing it and stuff, but once I got this app and tried to log in I'm not able to get out of the putting in your birthday and it was really frustrating to the point where I just uninstalled the app. I hope this gets fixed so I can use the app again.
Simplify. I like the drinks, but the app sucks... Your can't add a payment method unless you order something? Really? I don't want to be juggling my phone and wallet and credit cards in line to pick something up. Why can't i update my cards when i have time to figure it out?

It's hard not to compare Fiiz app and Swig app,as they are both using the same app framework. What I really like about Fiiz is they have a huge secret menu list on their app, which makes the experience so much better in app. I see a lot less reason to pull up the Swig up to do an order. Rather just go to the window as the experience is better that way.
Worthless app. Can't select my location to order online. Doesn't even show up in the app. How can you give someone a code for a free drink valid at a specific location when your app is too broken to redeem it.
Needs improvement! I had to put in my order 5 to 6 times because it kept deleting my order. It also said free cookie if I order thru the app. NOPE. Also app not faster than drive thru! In fact ordering online is so much slower. Lesson learned.
