Reviews for Swoopa

Arizona car dealer here. I have been using the swoopa now for a few months now and it's been allowing to grow a business quicker now thanks to be able to see deals first. It's been great!

Game changer, not much else to say. Could not recommend this app enough. I've found more deals in the last two months using it than I have in the last three years scouting marketplace manually.

I rated 5 stars because of the potential this app has. It just crashes every time I try signing in. Would appreciate it if you guys fix the issue. (S22 Ultra user) UPDATE: Fixed the issue by verifying the account using the email in spam. Would be better if the app clarifies it after signing up.

not accurate, not responsive. not even close to what they claim this app can do

I just wanted to say thank you for making such a terrific product! It's so simple and straightforward without any unnecessary fluff and works as advertised. I've been able to source so many phones using your app, and I just used the free 48 hour trial! Definitely a well deserved subscription. Keep up the good work!

Paywalled App. You don't find that out until after you create an account. The "app preview" doesn't let you do anything, until you create an account.

Gave results hours after being listed not minutes. Brought to the attention of app creator (?) Blamed everything and anything instead of trying to rectify the issues. Instead of discussing it he blocks me😂 there's a reason they only have 100+ downloads.

This app engages in deceptive billing practices. After a free trial, I was charged four unauthorized $150 fees for a business plan I never agreed to. No notice or consent was given, and the refund process was unnecessarily difficult. I strongly urge Google to review and take action against apps operating this way.

Cool app but $46/monthly for bottom tier is ridiculous.

Swoopa is a phenomenal app that allows me to catch facebook marketplace listings almost tight away. It has helped me get plenty of good things and most importantly, lives on Facebook marketplace instead of me living on Facebook marketplace. Great app to find anything you need, and everything you don't, at a hustlers price!

useless. it can't keep up with Facebook algorithms. either that, or FB catches it's searches and throttles the results.

Overpriced beyond belief. I can make a discord bot that scrapes better than this trash. I'm on the top tier plan and the filters dont work. The A.I price checking is mediocre at best. Don't buy into this junk even though youtubers are hyping it up. They get 30% of your purchase.

its amazing im just starting to flip and found amazing deals

Unable to block seller from auto listing the option is not given even through the listings even though the training video show you can there is no button. way to high even on their lowest plan unable to remove listing from feed so your stuck with one big list.

Game changer. absolutely changed my business for good. And their customer service is top notch, never seen a customer service so attentive and im depth to help you than these. already a year on the app and I hope many more.

if you wanna give a try give at lease a week not 2 hours for a guy who just download your app. i did not have time to check it right away but my 2 free hour trial period was over. good luck. im out, peace

This App is Trash I paid for a month to see how it would do and it's so bad. I regularly missed things and they would come in 20/30mins after they were posted. Some were as bad as 2hrs... If you're looking for an app to find stuff DO NOT DOWNLOAD, and if you do then don't waste money like I did

Ineffective art best. The concept is good but it does not reliably work. If i cannot 100% rely on this app, i have to manually search. There's zero chance I'm paying a minimum of $50 to evaluate beyond 2 hour (ridiculous) trial either. I buy and sell a lot of FB/ND this was more a hindrance than a help due to its lack of results. AI price is pointless, saying cars a great deal yet had blown motors or project cars in the descriptions and priced at market.

App does work good in some instances. But I experienced many instances where something was posted 15min ago and I only just got the notification on Swoopa, at that time the deal is gone. When contacting support, they said it's due to adding more keywords but my keywords exactly matched title of what I was looking for. Overall OK, but I feel like for the exorborant price of the app, it should perform perfectly and not have many of these deals fall through the cracks costing us $$$ on lost deals

It has some potential. But for now it's not up there yet. This morning I got a notification of iPhone 15 pro max at 800! app said that was a "fair deal" and suggested to negotiate the price to 750. Yet, another iPhone 15 pro max is listed at 700, it's still concluded that it was a fair deal and suggested to negotiate the price to 650! that's inconsistent. there are too many notifications and too much ads from scammers. to finish, the price is tooooooo much. for me for now, that's a £5 monthly
