Been using Sydney Health for a couple months now. It’s basically a medical app that helps you manage your healthcare benefits. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you can do: you can check your digital ID card, chat with a rep 24/7, see what’s covered by your plan, and check your claims. And there’s also some health and wellness features – not super in-depth but could be useful. And the claims stuff is handy, took me a while to figure that out but it’s nice to have it all in one place.
Look, if you need an app to help you stay on top of your healthcare, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking for a simple way to manage your benefits.

So here's my honest take on Sydney Health. I've tried a bunch of different medical apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The digital ID and claims features work well and save you from having to dig through paperwork. The health and wellness stuff is a nice bonus too, even if it's a bit basic. My main gripe is the interface - it can be unintuitive at times and takes some getting used to. But once you figure it out, it's a pretty useful app to have, especially if you need to manage complex healthcare plans.
