apparently won't be tracking my steps anymore since I quit Fitbit and got a Galaxy Smartwatch. Doesn''t show that I can connect that particular brand. Also can't get to the gym reimbursement form, says I don't have access to that program when I was just on a benefits meeting last week that said I should. Get a lot of "something went wrong give us time to fix it" or "We're sorry, but we encountered an error" or "Something went wrong, please try again" messages when clicking around.

SO SLOW! I just downloaded the app to access my new ID card, and it's so slow it's actually frustrating to use. Searching for my doctors by name was annoying because the app takes more steps than necessary. I just took a screenshot of my card to save in my photos folder. I plan to delete the app now- I've literally only had it for like 20 minutes, it's THAT bad.

Unusable. Don't really know what else to say -- the functions do not work. Doesn't detect selections, freezes or diverts to a blank screen constantly. I finally got to the screen to send an access code to my phone or something so I could actually, idk, log on, and it gave me an error message that my phone number wouldn't work and kicked me out of the app. It is unusable.

I've used multiple medical apps from insurance companies and medical providers, and this is the only one I've tried that seems to give me access to no information or tools specific to myself or my own health. Some of the services (such as telehealth provision) seem to actually just be jumping off points to other apps. // UPDATE: Tried the app again after several updates. It's still slow, confusing to navigate, and limited in what it actually does. At least it shows my digital insurance card.

Bugs everywhere but no fixes seem to be happening. Fingerprint scanner doesn't work, doesn't let you get past the password. Contact us button doesn't work. Pulls up a text box you can't copy paste the number, though, for support. Care team doesn't work. Most of this app doesn't work for me, to be honest. At least I can chat with a bot...I'm using a current up to date android, too.

The app is inconsistent, sometimes it's great, but most of the time it's a mess. I use it for my prescriptions. I have everything on auto renew and auto refill, but sometimes they don't come anyway or I find they aren't set to auto refill anymore for some reason. At times I can use the fingerprint login, but not always. It's hard to navigate.....just poorly designed and supported overall.

Absolute Garbage. Half of the app doesn't work. The biggest thing is that "Find care and cost" always just pops up "an error has occurred", and when I reached out to customer support about it their answer was to completely uninstall and reinstall the app. I tried it. Still doesn't work. One more example of health insurance making it as difficult and frustrating as possible to use their services.

The user interface is extremely poor considering how expensive the insurance is. The app lags and the search engine doesn't seem to be working properly. I was trying to find an obgyn, but the list would only show other types of medical professions (even after the filters were cleared and the search was restarted.) There's too much unimportant information on a single screen making the search results difficult to see. Continue to improve the app and design skills.

Terrible. This app sucks. Anytime I try to use it, it takes forever to load basically nothing! It eventually crashes around 7-10 minutes of using it. It also keeps saying I need to pick my plan even though I'm signed in and already did that when I got the app!!! PLEASE fix the app! We're paying too much for the insurance for this app not to work correctly, quickly, and easily!!

I like it most of the time. I do have two issues. One: It doesn't keep at least the user name saved, don't have a problem with putting in the password. Two: When I have to do the recovery it doesn't permit me to type in my birthday, I have to go through the months for many years before I can enter my dob. That is my largest issue. I would give more stars if the above were fixed.
