Still doesn't open on android, this is very disappointing it's been months.

Is not working from several month. Subscripiton was paid în November 2022 for 1 year, and the app îs not opening. Any suggestion?

It's not working. It keeps asking for banking agree for 0.00$ free trial but after bank confirmation it dosen't start.

Can not open the app, keeps saying there is a bug. I have uninstalled the app several times and it still is not working. Any thoughts?

Crashes on opening, tried uninstall and reinstall with no change. Issue continues. Cannot open app.

I subscribed (because I didn't cancel my 7 day trial in time) in March of 2022 but havent had time to delve into it. Now I want to use it, but it won't open. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still won't open.

Almost a year later and this app still isn't working and they want me to renew my membership 🙄 I think it has only worked properly about 1 month out of my year subscription.

I was just charged an extra charge and can't access the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Trying to figure out who to contact. Very upset right now.

I cannot get the app to open. I paid for it and now I need 2 of the protocols for my back and I cannot get the app to open. My phone tells me the app cannot open because it has a bug. Please fix it! I paid $30 for something I cannot even use. So disappointed!!

For some reasons, I can't open this app anymore. It keeps spinning at the second step fod approve notifications. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still having same issue. I have tried to download it on another phone and still the same issue. Please do something about this. Thank you.

Update Feb 2022: The app continues to show no icons with the protocols, making it unusable. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app, now everything shows as locked. I emailed the company a week ago with no response. I have patiently waited for months, and I'm still paying for this app. I love promoting SOC, but the service has been is terrible. Almost every time I open a SOC application, it only lists the oils and not the application symbols next to it. It seems to have a glitch with those.

The application guide doesn't work. I only see a list of oils but not the application icons. I emailed their customer service and got a quick reply which was nice. They said they are working on it. But the app is still not working after weeks. Not worth it for a subscription of $5 bucks a month. I'll just get the books.

I have installed and purchase subscription for 1 year. After the 7 days trial meaning today, the app hasn't worked anymore. It kept closing. I have unistalled and installed again and now it's locked. I get error as I have the subscription active. The Restore Purchases button in settings is not doing anything. Basically I can't use it as I have paid for it :(

I purchased the subscription for a year, but cannot view any of the protocols after my free 7day trial period ended. I deleted & reinstalled the app, but that didn't help. I get an error message when I click the subscribe button because I already purchased it. This app is trash! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORT, OR MONEY ON THIS!!!

Can't access the app. I un installed and installed and nothing. I reached out to customer service, and they offered me free shipping on the book, which was nice, but I had already invested in the app. I did have to buy the book because, as bad as the app is, SOC is an amazing tool. SOC, please stop running charges if your app is still down. My card was charged in December for $30. SOC Send your customers a heads up when it's running again. Hold off from charges for a non-working app. TY

I downloaded this and provided payment info for the free trial. It did not unlock the features. I cannot do ANYTHING with this app. When I click on the individual features, it shows subscription options. When I tap on an option, it tells me I am already subscribed but yet I still cannot access the features. There is no way to leave that screen to view account information to cancel the free trial. Totally useless app.
