Been using the Symptom to Diagnosis EB Guide app for a couple months now. It’s basically a case-based learning tool to help you practice making medical diagnoses. Pretty solid app if you’re a student, resident, or doctor looking to sharpen your diagnostic skills.
There’s a bunch of different patient cases you can work through. And you read about the symptoms, then try to figure out what’s causing them. It’s got a bunch of info on different conditions and how to spot the signs. And there’s also a feature where you can take practice quizzes – that’s helpful for reinforcing what you’ve learned.
Look, if you’re studying internal medicine or just want to improve your diagnostic abilities, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – can be a little dry at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out, especially since the basic version is free.
