wont let important calls through. doesnt have caller id like i expected, it wants ME to identify caller. too much of a hassle for me. thanks anyway.
suddenly asking for more permissions than i want to give. I only want this app for syncing photos from social media. been using this for years but will uninstall if not changed soon.
after a couple calls, it wasn't showing the names and stuff anymore. plus, recording is not working. i was thinking about paying for it, but that way, it ain't worth it. 👍🏽
I've been using this app for some years now but now it's unusable. If it doesn't find the correct contact then it doesn't sync at all. The login process is also quite unbearable now.
Update Oct 2 2025: The app is now showing a small round blue circle on the screen each time a call is placed or received. It wasn't doing this before the last update. How do I stop it from showing on the screen with each call? Clicking on the small blue sync icon circle does nothing and only goes away when the call ends.
I upgraded my device from a Samsung S8+ to S10+. On my S8+ it would sync with my Facebook and Instagram contacts, but doesn't even show up the app when I put it on my new phone. It should be the same. I have paid for the the Unlimited Membership and it's a joke! When I've tried to look up a number that I don't know it NEVER has any information. I reached out to them and they said they would look into it and get back to with me and that's been over 10 days ago. AWESOME customer service! REFUND!
Caller ID works great... identifying spam and blocking numbers is fantastic... both of which I would give 4.5☆ - 5☆. Where the app lost its luster for me is the fact that it only has 2-3 social media platforms that it syncs contacts/pics with... which is what I absolutely LOVED with my previous phone. For the combined reasons above, I would have been willing to still go 3.5☆ - 4☆ if it was all still free... but having to pay for an inferior product leaves me with having to say ✌️!!
Aaand it STILL does not have the ability to sync Facebook profile pictures! Click on the Facebook sync button and nothing happens. Don't list Facebook sync in the description if you're app doesn't even support it! Edit: Got a message to contact their customer support. I did and got told Facebook sync is temporarily unavailable and it will be solved in a few weeks. Same response I got when I first asked back on Jun 1st. Let me know when you have an app that actually does what it says it can do.
I've been paying the yearly subscription for 2 years and got my parents on it too, and before that i paid the 5 bucks. For months it's failed to caller ID numbers. It also says Facebook login is unsupported now, so it's not even syncing! Maybe that's why it's not identifying numbers anymore, Facebook blocked them? I want a refund for this year because it's not offering the services I paid for. Might do a chargeback for this year's subscription if I still can.
After paying the subscription for Facebook sync. They drop it. APIs change, update your app accordingly. We don't want call recording or whatever other features you added. Don't waste your time, just get contact sync working again. That's all people want from you, and you know it other wise you won't have put it behind a pay wall.
