Reviews for SyncMyTracks

Used to be perfect, but since Garmin switched to double factor authentication months ago, it became useless with this platform. If the developer switched to API authentication (and not only account/password) it would be solved, but I didn't get any answer to my mails so far.

Unable to access Fitbit from your app. Trying to export data to Garmin Connect. Login works on other platforms, but your app will not connect to Fitbit. Pls, tell me HOW, or kindly send a REFUND. Thanks. I'll edit this review afterwards if it works. ...P.s. i think i got my refund. Change ur false advertisement ... does NOT work Fitbit to Garmin Connect.

I bought this app for syncing Endomondo and polar flow. It doesn't work. :( Started many times, forced sync, but in spite of turning the sync sign in the corner for hours, nothing happened. :( I can see in the log e.g. that "2 new activities have the account Endomodo" and "6 new activities have the account polar Flow", but nothing happened... Update: after many weeks I recognised: it works over WiFi connection only, that I use rarely

I think the developer may have lost interest in the app to a degree over time, as there has been no update to the App since July 2023, This was the best app but can no longer connect to Runkeeper over the last four months and starting 3 day ago cannot sync to Nike Run Club (NRC). It a great app when it works and would be happy to pay a yearly subscription, as I mentioned great app when it works. I think issuee is with 2 step authentication on Apps, hopefully developer reviews and can fix issue.

I think it's a great app. Do not understand why so many negative reviews. I use this app 1 year, and i have only a positive experience. For example, i have polar vantage V, in one place all my activities from polar are copied to strava, trainigpeaks, nike run, adidas running. It has a good export tool if need synchronize activities for one and more years in the past. And it has a good tool for synchronize weight from one account to another accounts. For sync with Fit there are other apps.

Rating updated to 5 stars. First and foremost this seems to be the only Android app that allows me to push workouts (eg. Zwift) into the Suunto app. I've been using it for a few months and despite the occasional glitch it has worked well. A recent issue connecting to Garmin Connect was resolved in a week with good communication from the developer.

Update June 2022: Today I followed the detailed instructions on how to add sync with Samsung Health and it works perfectly! I've been using this app for many years, and it's been an absolute life-saver for keeping my entire GPS data despite my switching between tracking apps. Without exaggeration, this is one of the most valuable mobile apps I've ever used. If the dev ever stopped supporting it, I would be lost!

Not perfect. From Endomondo to Sports Tracker, maximum speeds are wrong (over 100 km/h for a bicycle). From Sports Tracker to Strava, all speeds and the calculated average are about half what it should be. Endomondo to Strava works OK. Edit: it's not the app's fault, manually importing GPX tracks have exactly the same issues. For example, the Sports Tracker to Strava issue is caused by the fact that Sports Tracker export is unsorted by time and Strava miscalculates total workout time because of that.

I bought this app because I regularly export my running data from Nike Running Club to Strava. As the free version worked so well and I knew I'd be using this a lot in the future, I bought the full version. So far, the full version has been excellent. The design is easy to understand. This app would be even better if there was an iOS version as well to use on my iPad.

Works perfectly - I have multiple data sources for workouts and this enables me to sync across several different platforms. I particularly like the sync log so you can review what is happening and make corrections to the set up if needed. Great app well worth the price.

I'm using this app to sync the activities registered by my Suunto watch into Google Fit. The activities do get synchronised, nevertheless some basic parameters such as "steps" or "active minutes" don't make it into the other side, which is quite disappointing. 2023-03-05 update: I've tried the app again and now it doesn't even work with Google Fit.

Thanks for creating that app! So useful. One minor improvement you could make is the synchronization way. When you have multiple account, you can decide which way the sync goes, but to me it's not extremely clear since the checkboxes are on the side and there is no explanation (text based at least). I was able to figure out relatively quickly though, so still 5* material!

I paid for this app so that I could link Nike Run Club to Strava. It was mostly working fine, although sometimes it still wouldn't sync after it said the sync was complete. There was an update earlier this week and I haven't been able to get it to sync since then. I tried deleting and re-adding Strava and Nike Run Club, and now it won't link to Nike at all. It won't even let me add it. It's pretty frustrating. Is there something I/you can do to fix it?

Doesn't work when importing data into Strava. The export from Nike Run Club was ok, but then after that it failed to upload to Strava even with multiple attempts. A few upload successfully, but then the majority produce a generic error without any helpful information. The app eventually freezes after this when trying again. low quality app, do not buy.

When first installed, this app worked great syncing my Polar beat workouts into fitibit including heart rate data. A few days after install the heart rate data stopped syncing. This basically makes this app useless for my intended use. I can sync workouts without heart rate data into fitbit automatically without having to buy this app. The developer has not responded to my email asking if this is a known issue or if it will be fixed in a future release.

Worth every penny I paid plus sum. if it isn't syncing up with your service, it's probably your service that is being difficult to log in. Nike has been a problem in the past. Samsung health continually screws the system up. But the developer is on top of those things every time a change is made with a service, and has answered at least two or three of my emails within six hours. If it isn't working for you The problem probably isn't this app it's probably the exercise app server

i got this app a few days ago. it's a bit of a mess. It did export a couple runs here and there but there was no consistency. The app likes to crash. It does seem to crash less if I only try to export/import a few runs at a time. Update 3/11/20: whatever was wrong with the app has been fixed. No more crashing issues and seems to be running faster.

When it works it's great. But it hardly ever works. For an app you have to pay for it's really starting to look like a waste to me. I've been looking for a way to get my runs from the Nike app dating back to 2014 over to Strava and this is the only thing I've found that has (sorta) worked. Sadly it's only worked for a handful of dates before it starts being "unable to inport". I've reached out for tech help multiple times with no response. Really disappointed.

Works well. Initial setup is a little confusing, but you only need to do it once. Author is quick to release updates when websites change their APIs. Update 01/06/23: The app is no longer automatically synchronizing according to its schedule. I have to manually sync every day, which is a pain. Update 05/08/24: MapMyRun files are no longer synchronizing with Garmin Connect. Update 05/16/24: Working again!

I wouldn't waste money on this app. I have it set up properly, but the automatic syncing does not work. When I contacted the app developer, they just don't respond (several times and confirmed by email trackers that they are reading the emails). When I ask for a refund, they just don't respond. I feel like they have a product that works for some, not all, and just steal the money from the ones that it doesn't work for.
