I'll give it a little time to be fixed, but if it doesn't correct itself fast, I'm out, account and all. This is horrible. Can't access bank account, can't go through history, can't connect bills and other cards with bank account because transaction history isn't available. just... ugh. Forcing people through an app that's not even WORKING yet is pure BS

App I terrible !! Always something Either it's looping so you cant enter the giveaways .Which noone ever wins anyway.( Been a customer for almost 20 years and never won anything) Or today it's forceclosing saying "T-life closed because it has a bug . Try updating after developer provides a fix for this error. " Unreal. SMH. But Alway quick to tell me when the bill is due .

When the app works, it's very good. But when it doesn't, it becomes a brick. This past Tuesday (August 19th), the app was not working. Couldn't access any information on the account, and I'm the owner/manager. I kept getting a message that the Tuesday offers weren't eligible for my account, when I know they are (SB account), and over all just not a fan when it has problems, which is at least 3-4 times a week.

This app is just awful and not user-friendly. I would LOVE to be able rename devices on my wifi so I know what they are instead of having to figure out the random letters and numbers. Xfinity's app is AMAZING! Thanks for posting a link to help me change device names but it didn't work and it shouldn't be that difficult. And when I looked into it, it literally says that not all devices names can be changed. I will be changing companies just because the app is SO awful.

Terrible! Every page you go to it says something is not working with one of their systems. it's been days. can't shop, add new devices, view details on items etc. update: that link did not help. the app has all the permissions allowed that are required. it still says We've encountered a problem with one of our systems. try again later"

Terrible replacement to the original app. This app doesn't allow me to log in. It shows my phone number as userID, and I put my password, and it says userID missing. There is no way to redo the number or anything, cant change it to email either. So, getting in via this app is 100% useless. I have to go through the website to do business. It is an inconvenience in a convenient world. Don't waste your time!

I literally can no longer even access the app!!!! Right before midnight, I tried to watch a video from the T-mobile Tuesday Contest. As soon as I pushed play, a warning popped up that I couldn't even read because it instantly disappeared when the app randomly closed on its own! Now, whenever I try to open the app, a warning pops up, telling me that the app won't open, because it has a BUG! I have a screen shot of the warning, too!

I have a few issues with the app. T-Mobile Tuesdays barely has offers for my area, and all the good ones are too far from my location most of the time. The other big issue is when I enter or play to win a prize that's offered at the bottom, I can hardly verify my info because the widget is always stuck in a loop, and I can never enter. T-Mobile is a multimillion dollar company. I'm not sure why they can't fix these bugs in their app.

I'm fed up with advertising Tuesday restaurant deals that are complete lies. Either the promo code doesn't work or the restaurant demands payment for the difference between the special price and full price once I arrive to pick up the order. Seriously, it's false advertising at least, if not blatant fraud at most. EDIT: Yes, I'm well aware of how they're SUPPOSED to work. My statement is a matter of fact and your explanation is weak at best.

It never opens the first time. It feels that the all in one app is just there to advertise to you, upsell you. it takes time to load too. if I need to reset my router, I have to jump through hoops just to get to it so I can get work done. Same with banking. I have to login to login to answer security codes to login. it's unnecessary. I'm a customer already. Everything just takes longer to get to and it's stealing time away from me. I still have the old apps that I can't uninstall.

It gets 1 STAR for THE fact that it comes at an affordable price point. NO STARS for the app. Why on earth would anyone want a router control app integrated into an advertisement bombarding app? No, I don't want Tuesday "rewards". I want an app that reliably connects to my router and properly enforces internet restriction protocols. Restarting the router is awful, it takes forever. How is it that my phone can be using the internet from the router, and the app can't manage to connect to it?

This is probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. It's bloated, slow, log one are spotty as in they will log you out or get hung in a log in loop. I was in app, logged in, went to do a phone trade in and they asked to log in again, which of course fails. I always just use the website now as this app is unusable. Same canned answer from Devs. This is still a bloated slow app with many issues and reinstalling, clearing cache, whatever they recommend won't fix it.

Edit: you asked me to send email about this problem, which I did. Still can not get on the app. Stays stuck on " Tired of password". Sending email was just a waste of time as nothing has been fixed! Said I needed to download this app as other one is going away. Now I can not even login to the app. It brings up the fingerprint thing, but can't get past it to even login. How am I supposed to use an app that I can't get into. It's just aggravating?

horribly slow app! cannot add my syncup drive to t-life. since they are now forcing us to use one app for everything (great), but not all the features work. defeats the purpose of buying your tracker, and your app won't recognize it and keeps saying "something went wrong". don't know where my kid has driven off to. thanks T-Mobile! oh and I have 5 cars on my tracker page but only physically own 1 car. app won't let me delete them "something went wrong". we pay a lot of money address our issues

It's not a user-friendly app. It's hard to find what you're looking for. And trying to actually do anything thru the app is almost impossible. You can fill out all the info, select all your preferences, etc., but then when you try to submit, there's always some sort of error message or it tells you your missing info that is already filled in. I always end up having to call or go to a TM store to do things that should I should be able to manage thru the app. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Can't pay the bill with the app on both of my phones. I get an error message every time I try to pay. What's the point? I'm convinced that T-Mobile either wants you to use auto-pay or call them so they can charge you for payments made over the phone. Maybe fix the bugs before hyping up an unnecessary app. Too bad you can't give negative stars. I surely would. New year, same useless app.

Update: latest update broke it. I can no longer log in. Just keep getting "network error" when I try. Who doesn't like free things! Always an adventure. Unfortunately much of the time the giveaways are things that don't interest me at all. I check each week for my 10¢ off a gal at Shell. Without it Shell would be the highest priced gas around. With it I save a few cents (which adds up over time) over other brands. The rest of the offers I usually pass on.

Don't order through the App! I've placed 2 orders. Paid for expedited shipping. They gave me expected shipping dates. When I check on the status, I'm told it's ready to ship. Both orders have shipped past the "expected ship" window. What's the point of expedited shipping when they hold your package for over a week? Absolutely horrible. I'd give negative stars if I could. I guess it's time to switch to Verizon...

literally just installed the app to set up my internet. It won't work. Error after error. Had to contact tech support to help set it up. Went back to the app to try and log in, and I'm met with yet another error stating, "Their wires are crossed." That's a fun thing to read over and over and over again. Please make an app that works. This is my first impression, and so far, not an incredibly pleasant one.

If you are going to force everything through TLife, make sure the app works. Jesus. It's problem after problem. scam shield not loading for some of the line, unable to access certain pages due to limited access when there shouldn't be any, reporting scan number now it's buried, and so forth. the app is the worst. making life harder to subscribers 2025.
