Downloading Tabers was difficult. I used this dictionary in optometry school. Too bad, it won't load in my device

BEWARE: I'VE DOWNLOADED/PURCHASED TABER'S TWICE IN 3 YRS. YET HAVE ZERO ACCESS TO IT ?!? My best friend @ University! Now I'm jumping thru whoops 4my electronic copy! 30yrs w/ TABERS; UPDATE:1APR20: FINALLY A RESPONSE AFTER begging by INTERNET/PHONE X1YR!! Apparently "They" require twice the cost for 0 materials a hard copy text demand.? A yrly subscription is required?Not psychic Tabers.Why internet more costly than tangible?SHOULD B CHEAPER, BUT you know this!!! Shame on Both UNBOUND n TABERS~
