Horrible to use; doesn't do modern gestures like swipe to go back, for some reason sorts all the locations by street number but in an inconsistent way, no way to search for a location, accidentally closing the app before you pick a location will make you enter a phone number again, and why does it even need a phone number to begin with? The account creation process doesn't ask for it. This feels like an app that was written 10 years ago, I'm surprised it says it was updated in 2022.

The app is ok. We have 2 Take 5 car washes maybe 1.5 miles from each other and the app does not pick up one of them with the location. Fortunately I was able to show my account paid up but that held up other cars not being able to scan my barcode. So I rode past the other one just to see if it would pick up the location and it worked just fine as it had in the past.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Never a problem with apps on the play store in all of my time in the Android ecosystem..This app will not progress to the second page. It crashes so fast I had to record the screen just to read theessage that shows up as it hard crashes. Take five, regroup... Maintain your washers.... And update your app to work on modern devices. Thanks for the introductory offer but.. I think I'll go back to elbow grease. Will update if/when fixed.

the wash is great but the app sucks. the bar code to scan doesn't come up till after the guy gives me a free wash cuz he's tired of waiting.

I purchased a membership on the app, and I got to the location.... they don't acknowledge the app purchases. Therefore, I bought the membership at the location. Now, I am contacting customer service, and they act like they can't refund my money. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS APP!!!! Makes me think they are a SCAM.

I have a membership, but I guess I'll have to cancel it in order to have a membership through the app. Tried reaching out to support to see if we can fix it. That was a waste of time 🙄 #Membership #App #Support #CustomerService

so far it's clean , quick , interactive, excited to use it.

trash app won't let me delete my payment method. also once I installed this app it totally messed up my membership plan. even the workers at the car wash couldn't figure it out.

Unresponsive help or contact us. Says "ticket sent" no response last week nor this week. I am cancelling my membership bought at local store AND deleting my account taking a 50.00 loss and telling everyone I know you don't take care of paying customers once they pay.

it's really not that great of an app obviously the person that works at the one in my local place in sylacauga told me that I needed to cancel my membership through the app and just go through the front office because the app is so slow and is out of date

Great car wash, terrible app. never works correctly and is an inconvenience to me, staff, and other customers. Just go and get the membership from the carwash and use the windshield sticker.

This app is worthless. You can't manage your membership, view the credit card info attached to your account, view billing history, etc. but you can take a photo with the Take 5 logo overlayed on the pic.

The app processed my payment multiple times but never provided me the carwash. The app errored when processing payment and then kicked me out. Looked at my bank statement and the charges were processed. I will not trust this app, especially since it could charge your account.

Probably doesn't have much to do with the app, more like the company itself. They convinced me to sign up for a monthly plan, since it's the same price as a single wash (a common tactic). When I went to cancel it, it was practically IMPOSSIBLE. Had to call, email, and move the earth to do so. When I finally went to remove the tag they put in my car, it splintered. Had to take a razor blade to it, which still left a sticky residue. This is likely all personal beef and I do not care.

terrible app. I purchased a package and then when I show up. not only did the coupon not apply, but it says I don't have a package. so I go to purchase another one, no big deal, and it says I'm already registered but won't let me check in to get a wash. and the lady here on location can't find me in the system. ridiculous!!!

I love the car wash, but the app is atrocious. The app regularly logs me out and then when I go back to use it, it tells me my password isn't valid (when it is) and so I'll submit "forgot password" and it generates a random password for me to use temporarily. Even after I copy and paste the temporary password, it says the password is invalid. There is no customer support for login problems. Only after uninstaling the app and reinstalling it was I able to enter the password to log back in.

doesn't connect to my actual account and can't get a hold of anybody to ask anyone questions about my current plan vs military discount???... the only good thing is the service and the friendly staff. otherwise the app doesn't work.

Absolutely Horrible. No way to actually cancel within the app. "This option cannot be undone" is false when "deleting" your account (which doesn't cancel it, either). You can sign up in seconds, getting out is liken to that of a hard's day work. Signed up with the understanding that the app would work at the location it mentions (which is even displayed on the Take 5 Car Wash's Map) - it doesn't.. and I only knew that because the guy at the entrance told me it wouldn't. Bogus and nonsense.

Phillip at the Mt. Juliet location has been awesome and helpful. I've had a couple of issues (my errors) and he hasn't been patient every time. I've been through several times and I always see him which is nice considering this kind of business probably has high turnover.

I have an unlimited membership and it's linked to my email. When I finally decided to download the app, it says there wasn't an account for my email (despite me having emails from take 5 informing me of my membership). I had to create an account and my membership is not linking in the app. It wants me to pay for a whole new membership. Additionally, the sticker they put on my car doesn't even work at any of the locations except for the one I bought the membership at.
