DO NOT TRY THIS APP. SCAM.I went on a trip to Italy and tried to download the app in Italy. It didn't even install, I never opened it, it didn't seem to work in Italy. I tried to uninstall the app but I couldn't find the icon. When I got back to Canada, I checked my card's transaction history and saw a 40$ fee for the annual subscription (I never even opened the app). I cancelled the subscription as soon as I saw this and requested a refund, but they didn't accept it. This app is a complete scam

I'm really happy with the way this app works. it's a game changer when your out and about in the city.. I'd say this app should come with your phone because I'd say it a help anyone in this day and age... thank you

Absolutely terrible unreliable app. As soon as I downloaded it, I tried my 1st sentence to translate, and the audio functions don't work. Dead air! Nothing! Very disappointed! When stuff like this happens I instantly think its a scammer trying to get credit card information. I'm not wrong to think that!!! It's VERY possible!! Prove me wrong and I'll take down comments and re-subscribe. I even went to the Help section and submitted my complaint. The reply was auto generated. 1-2 days for reply

Thought I was getting a monthly subscription, but no, I was charged for a year. Rip off. Also, it has no live translate and for the money it costs that is very poor. Google translate does all that, and it's free. Cannot recommend this app. Update. Then you receive an AI response, saying please contact us, pretending to help you, and they don't.

no benefits, wastage of money,I tried from Hindi to chinese, but no sound in chinese translation.

The English (US) voice isn't responding. Could you please fix it?
