DO NOT TRY THIS APP. SCAM.I went on a trip to Italy and tried to download the app in Italy. It didn't even install, I never opened it, it didn't seem to work in Italy. I tried to uninstall the app but I couldn't find the icon. When I got back to Canada, I checked my card's transaction history and saw a 40$ fee for the annual subscription (I never even opened the app). I cancelled the subscription as soon as I saw this and requested a refund, but they didn't accept it. This app is a complete scam

I'm really happy with the way this app works. it's a game changer when your out and about in the city.. I'd say this app should come with your phone because I'd say it a help anyone in this day and age... thank you

Absolutely terrible unreliable app. As soon as I downloaded it, I tried my 1st sentence to translate, and the audio functions don't work. Dead air! Nothing! Very disappointed! When stuff like this happens I instantly think its a scammer trying to get credit card information. I'm not wrong to think that!!! It's VERY possible!! Prove me wrong and I'll take down comments and re-subscribe. I even went to the Help section and submitted my complaint. The reply was auto generated. 1-2 days for reply

Thought I was getting a monthly subscription, but no, I was charged for a year. Rip off. Also, it has no live translate and for the money it costs that is very poor. Google translate does all that, and it's free. Cannot recommend this app. Update. Then you receive an AI response, saying please contact us, pretending to help you, and they don't.

App does not understand your voice. Also takes too long to respond. Not functional in active conversations.

I'd like it, but it seems to translate more word-for-word than actual sentences but I'm sure the people will understand what I'm trying to ask them. But I don't speak Spanish that well to really be 100% about that.

I canceled before the week was over and you still charged me they still haven't responded. the app doesn't work with s***. I can get the same thing done for free on Google

Awesome app! I am a lover of languages because of my career. I used to speak French and Spanish with fluency and no English. I could speak aided conversations in Italian and Japanese, where the T&T app comes in handy. The T&T app is a very helpful and user-friendly tool that you can use on the spot or for study and mastery purposes.

Worked pretty good until it didn't. From English to Spanish I was able to communicate audibly with my workers then for no reason the audio just stopped. The text is there but when you have workers who don't read or write. Couldn't find any help anywhere and this is something I actually paid for but can't find anywhere to cancel my subscription. However if one of their agents would help me out I would certainly change my mind about the app.

This app was working great on the 3-day trial period. I decided to go ahead with the paid version. Since the free trial, the app doesn't repeat allowed whatever I said. I work in sales and it's difficult talking with some customers who speak a different language. Not having a vocal transition makes communication difficult. This apparently doesn't work out well for paying customers! I vote no-go until they fix this! One Star🌟! If I could give Zero stars ... I would!

There is no information on how to cancel the free trial. It is completely misleading for you to charge one year subscription! This is terrible!!! Edit: I received an email from google play with the option to cancel the subscription. If I am not aware of it you charge one year! You must provide within the app an explicit easy way to cancel the trial and suscription at any time!

Same issue as the comment below me at the time of posting; Was working pretty well until the audio randomly stopped working, saying it was unavailable for that language even though I was just using it. That, on top of the only getting 5 free translations and the shortest free trial ever, might as well be a paid app. Canceling the trial is easy through the Play Store though, thankfully. Needs some work but it's a good concept.

I selected auto play off and it still plays, I selected a male voice and it's always female. There's no adjustment to slow down the playback and it goes really fast. This could be a stellar app if the bugs get worked out. Now the audio won't work at all. I'm sure it's a simple fix but I'm tech challenged and there's no directions in the help section!!

I used to love this app. it was amazing and was more accurate then Google translate. but lately we have been having non stop issues. we paid for a year subscription but keep getting adds that ask us to pay again. It doesn't even show in my subscriptions that we paid anything. And today, its not working at all. Please fix this, I will fix my review once its updated and back to normal.
