My first call went well but for some reason my bluetooth ear buds didn't work as expected but never mind as the clarity was clear enough without them. As well, the cost of the call was very good 👍

So far so good (one call). I tried Rebetel and MobileVOIP through CheapVOIP, and they didn't work and I have to chase a refund. Talk360's rates are significantly higher, but at least it works perfectly (so far).

I wrongly transferred credit to my family member and this was promptly rectified and reversed into my account. I am enjoying this calling app for their world class customer service in addition to cheaper calls to my loved ones abroad from the UK 🇬🇧 I definitely recommend it download yours and start saving 👌🎁

Doesn't Play Well with Android Security Updates but great when it works. Talk360 app somehow merges contacts and phone numbers and messes up my contacts. I honestly don't know how it does it but after years of using it, I have finally given up.

Started using this app after SKYPE ended. So far very pleased with the service. Very easy to use. However, it is a pity that it's not possible to receive incoming calls or SMS texts, especially for Two Factor Authentification (2FA). I hope this is a feature which can be added in future. The capability to receive 2FA texts will make this a 5 Star app for me.

Edit Sep 12, 2025. From 1 star to 5 stars now. I can now use it to the fullest, 30 minutes with just $2 call to the USA. Everyone must try this. Don't bother old review and rating. // Old review = I tried this but can't make use of all credits. The first call connected but the next calls did not even if there is still more credits.

call is good, but i can't buy credit!!!!! it really annoying it keeps popping up token in the bank options. please send an email to resolve this, I find it unbearable cz i need to make calls, but I can't recharge my account 😢 😔 😫

I recharged my account, and then I tried to call my other phone to make sure the application is working. The applications makes the sound as it is ringing, but my other phone did not receive any phone call. I tried on multiple numbers, always the same. Its a scam app.

i topped up my credit to make a call to the UK and the app didn't work. i contacted the customer service Which is a very bad and slow response. They didn't solve the issue and i asked for a refund to my credit and the customer service stopped replying to my messages. i feel that I have been scammed.

Very bad, made two calls to the US, spent over 15 minutes on the line with a support agent during each call, and then they just stopped hearing me on both occasions, obviously before I got a resolution. Considering your only service is to VoIP calls, one might conclude that this is a scam. I want my money back.

This app does not do well with automated voice menus. I've had experiences where the keypad isn't able to select options. On the times when the keypad does work, connecting to the selected choice disconnects me from the call. Given that most businesses use automated menus to shunt customers to the appropriate line, this seems a serious testing oversight.

the app charged my credit card and applied credit. I did not have the app open and did not initiate the transaction. I asked for a method to prevent this from happening again and they seemed to intentionally not understand my concern no matter how many times I explained it. I asked how to remove access to my credit card from the app and they avoided answering the question. mi brought the issue to play store and they referred me back to the app. i do not have auto refills

Tried to take away over $20.00 USD of my credits, because I did not use them fast enough. They restored my credits after I complained, but they had nerve enough to be surly about terms and conditions. If you do use this app for international calls, don't be lured into buying too many credits. Your international calling needs may change, as mine did after the death of my mother, and you will be under threat of use it lose it (as per terms and conditions).
