Been using the Tallahassee Democrat app for a couple months now. It’s basically a news app focused on stuff happening around your local area. Pretty solid if you’re into keeping up with what’s going on in your community.

Here’s what you can do – there’s all the usual news articles, photos, and videos. But it’s also got features like real-time alerts for breaking news and sports scores. And you can customize it to follow your favorite topics. Took me a while to figure out how to do that, but it’s a useful feature.

So here's my honest take on Tallahassee Democrat. I've tested a bunch of local news apps and this one's up there in terms of features and content quality. The articles cover a nice range of topics from sports to entertainment to government stuff. And the layout is pretty user-friendly - easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. But it's not without its issues. I've found the app can get a bit sluggish at times, and the paywall for the full newspaper version is a bummer. Overall though, it's a solid option if you want to stay connected to your local community.
