Terrible service. I called 3 times because my transfer wasn't going through. It's clear that everyone was just reading from a script. Never using taptap Send again. It's a shame because it was my go to remittance app. Then within one week I've had to call 5 times because transactions remained pending both to Ghana and Nigeria. Both time I was told the issue is with their local partners. So in the space of a few days you were having issues with both local partners?Take responsibility. Terrible.

Taptap has better FOREX rates than other money transfer platforms and banks. I always compare it with my different bank accounts, and Taptap always gives the best rate. The app is easy to use (with no unnecessary ads and notifications) and they actually send statements every month, which is new to me for money transfer platforms. 🙌 I'm really liking it.

I had recently stopped using this app because I downloaded it to send money without transfer fees. Through my last transfer 5 days ago. They charge $1.99 transfer fees. Now I stepped using this app. They claim there there no transfer fees on Taptap. Then why they are now charging extra fees. Frustrated and disappointed from them now.

This is the best app I ever use for sending money in my home country thanks, easy to use easy to understand....... (08-10-2025 this is not fair now you add chargers on transactions, now you guys can't claim that this is only the best app for money transfer (it was) because the same options are available on other platforms I was the most loyal person in the taptap and they can check my history but now I've to move on to other platforms........ I verified my account. I have an actual banking account. yet I'm Suspended after one transaction to my fiance who have been with for 7 years. when I asked for a review they referred me to their terms of service which which have multiple different reasons in there. None of them by the way apply to me. I cannot recommend this app

Before it was very good when we sent a small amount below 500aed there was no charge and a good rate as well but now they took an extra charge on every transaction so I recommend all people to uninstall this app and download another trusty app there is no charge . please remove the applied rate for sending money if you can it's request from all foreigners. You just imagine if a person has only 700 AED his salary how he can send all money to home so please be kind to your customer .

Since I've been using this app for over a year and have made numerous transfers, I would give it a three. The application has now begun to operate. I just noticed that the free charge policy was modified and that there was no longer a charge cap..

a friend introduced it to me. first few transfers were swift and delivered in minutes. but the real test of a system is when challenges occur. how prompt they resolve them. it's been over a week now taptap send failed to deliver fund to recipient account and does not have answers about the whereabouts of the money. Do not expect them to resolve a failed transfer swiftly. Mine is over 7 days so far no hopes.

I’ve been using this app for a long time to send money, but recently I’ve noticed the rates are very low. They also charge 6 AED when sending less than 700 AED, which feels unfair. Since the exchange rate and app rate are almost the same now, I’ve decided to stop using TapTap and will transfer my money through a bank or exchange instead. not using this app anymore till they are not reverse the aed 6 charges to send the money good by
