Here’s what you do: you can set up ‘tasks’ to run based on different ‘contexts’ – like changing your volume when you get home, or sending a text when you leave work. There’s also a ton of pre-made profiles you can use. And the app itself has a ton of features, it just takes a while to figure it all out. Look, if you’re into customizing your phone and automating little things, you’ll probably like Tasker. It’s not perfect – can be a bit complex at first – but overall it does the job.
