This app has turned in to ransom ware demanding you to repurchase a new license first in 2017 and now in 2024 fix your app Very unhappy after 10 years

I love the app and we are using it in multiple cars now. We just need volume licensing for the company

great app, it works perfectly, if you're averaging fares, you need to get this app, it looks and works just like a meter

I emailed support. I got a response in 90 minutes! could you please provide instructions on how to configure the meter settings within the app to align with San Francisco taxi fare regulations? For your reference, the fare structure is as follows: * Initial charge (first 1/5 mile): $4.15 * Each subsequent 1/5 mile: $0.65 * Waiting time (per minute): $0.65 * San Francisco International Airport (SFO) surcharge: $5.50 * For trips exceeding 15 miles beyond city limits: 150% of the metered fare

The best taxi meter app there is. Trust nothing else and the communication and requested are quickly responded to. Credit to Stuart.

Won't change from meter to miles. I need a meter that goes by miles. I don't find this app very easy to use.

Took a while to work out but easy to use only problem I have is when started to figger it out I would like to remove the saved fare log so it's clean to remove the test that I did but any help would be great

Good app. Cons: Widget doesn't use the same font/size, hard to read on smaller screens. Android Auto support might be nice, and a clock option displayed in extras for fullscreen mode.

I use this in emergencies as my fixed meter had not been programmed with the correct tariffs for bank holidays, the functionality is superb and I like the integration of Izettle for card payments.

I have used this app for a few years, by far the best and better than the hardware versions l have been a taxi operator for 21 YEARS so I'm from the old school adaptable to new technology

NOT for Chile settings does NOT allow config for e.g.Chile, where I want to set currency FIRST, then set parameter values, like increments in CLP, without decimals! It seems to be fixed un US$ type currency :-(

Great app and customer service second to none when I contacted them to ask to update the tariff I was using.. done almost immediately! On a Saturday to boot... Definitely recommend it!

Twice now, a couple years apart I open the app and it says " license check failed! I either have to wait or repurchase the app. I just used it a night ago and now I am screwed and cannot use it. Needless to say. I love the app but upset cuz it's asking me to repurchase it.

This app suddenly refused to display receipt to all me. All I have being getting is sorry it didn't work try again later. I have uninstalled and reinstalled yet it is same issue. Always putting in trouble with my customers. Apart from the it is a good app I will app it if issue can be solved.

I have been using this app for 2 years. I have several licences and use it on both Apple and Android platforms. The developer is quick too respond by email when I have had questions. Hard too imagine there is a better electronic meter out there.

It's marvelous, They made software my way and within a few hours, they helped everything stand by the basis. and very quick. I thanks them.

Absolutely fantastic app, works perfectly and so simple to set up. Contacted customer support to update the outdated tariff and they replied within 10 minutes and had the tariff updated within the hour, an example to all.

Great app in the time I've used and recommended. Lately GPS fix is near impossible, especially with my Samsung. Recommended this app to a friend who has the same issue with Samsung. WHY? GPS is GPS. Why is Samsung different? Today, I get a license error? Get it together, folks. May delete soon if no fix. I also suggest allowing concurrent, time cutoff speed, and time accumulation to per tariff, instead of across the board. This forced me to pay two separate fees for different setups. Total BS.

Have been using this app for about 5 years now. Never had any issues until now. I leave my meter on the dashboard and it can't connect to GPS. Meter will not turn on because of GPS issue. And if it does turn on, it'll work for a few minutes then the message comes up again "waiting on GPS fix". Really frustrating. Took a fare to the airport in what should've been a $60 fare, got to the airport and it said $24. Had to go back to the good ol calculator and calculate the fare for them. Deleting app👎

Been using Planet Coops Taximeter for about 4 years, absolutely great, works just like an MR400, and Stuart sorts out the tariffs, he is an absolute whizz, takes him no time at all to write me a tariff. Cannot reccomend highly enough, and the knowledge of the Taximeter is superb. I have found that nothing is too much trouble for them if you just take the time to contact them.
