the app is great but does "$$$ to be deducted" on harri pay mean that's how much money it deducts for taxes or will I receive it now

half of the time i can't even log in to my account because it says "wrong email or password" so I go to reset my password and I give it my email and it says wrong email, preventing me from looking at my work schedule

can't login. I have to watch my hours because of my health insurance so I really need it to work. everytime I try to login it says that something went wrong. please fix

whenever I try to apply for my Holidays in Absences section it goes back and a notification pops up which says this app has a Bug. Can some body fix this up plz ???

Gives me trouble logginging in all the time had to change my password 15 times and still wont login. so many bugs actually frustrating cause I cannot access my work schedule

impossible to log in, just says error try again, not even incorrect username/password edit: couple weeks later and it just signs you out and you can't log in for a day, horrible app

the amount of trouble i've had with this app outweighs anything good you could say about it, i have so much trouble with it not letting me log in sometimes, and then i just can't see when i work

I have to use this app to look at my schedule for work.But I can't seem to update my password or at least reset it, it won't let me it keep saying please wait resetting.But then it will just stay stuck on the screen forever.

just before i reset my cell on Monday. i had all the schedules and emails etc..but after i talked with them in email eight hours ago. i really need the app to function in order to check in with the crew..

I've missed numerous important work messages because push notifications do not work despite all permissions being set correctly. I even tried un/reinstalling but I only receive notifications when the app is already open, which is useless. Clearing in-app notifications for things such as time off request approval are also unintuitive and seemingly designed by someone who has never used a mobile device. If a future prospective employer uses this application, I'll continue seeking work elsewhere.

Can't Use I was invited to use this app for work, however after setting up my account it asks me to log in and when I attempt.to log in it says my username (email or phone number) does not exist. I say I forgot my password and I get a reset link sent to my phone number, reset my password and the cycle keeps happening. What am I supposed to do? I can't find a support or help option. Obviously my phone number exists since the original invite and the reset link were both sent to my phone number.

Can't access my account, after 1 week of using it. I tried my email, phone number and password, & it says that my email is not registered and invalid. It doesn't even offer a chance to re-register, nor create an acct with a diff. email. What is going on with this?!?!

Can't create account, page not loading. Update: Thanks for the response. I tried to log in with my email, but it says that ‘Harri does not have an account with this email.’ My wife also tried to create an account and she’s having the same issue — the page won’t load. Still unable to access the app.

Downgrade from our last work communication app. I can't private message coworkers for coverage, the availability settings are confusing, I don't receive notifications and in app approvals and rejections never dismiss even after viewing them. I have a constant ping for shift trades and time off requests even months after looking at them. Even utilizing the read all setting in the notification panel doesn't dismiss it. just.. janky. Bad UI.

You took away the "+" to take time off on the "requests-time off" now I have to go through a very confusing different way and it takes longer and says the incorrect dates when I try to submit it. I tried to request Halloween off and it told me that I'm requesting off from August 23rd to the 30th of October? 1) it already is October so how am I requesting the past off and 2) I'm trying to request a certain day why does it end the day before the day I'm trying to request off?!??!??

If you forgot your password or get logged out and are unable to log in, consider yourself screwed as harri doesn't have the most reliable customer service. Tried many times to get in contact with them with no response. I am utterly annoyed by this and I have no choice but to rely on my managers to send me the schedule directly. If I could rate this half a star I would. This is the worst scheduling app I've ever had to deal with.

As an employee and an administrator, your product leaves a lot to be desired. It's needlessly cumbersome, definitely a case of form over function. The recent update has made it impossible for half my staff to access their schedule as the app updated but doesn't register as having done so. Shift trade and release is needlessly difficult as well. Please take these into account and try to start working ease of use into your program.

On the website I can login just fine, but the app does not work whats so ever. The issue is, I don't have my email as the username, it is my phone number. The problem is, the app does not except phone numbers as a user name. Instead I get the message, "please, enter valid username and password". How I am supposed to login if my username is apparently not correct. I am not typing it wrong either, I copy and paste it every time I login, and it never works on the app.

The mobile version is absolutely horrendous. There's ALWAYS "something" going wrong. The app never works over mobile connection, it NEEDS Wifi for whatever reason and even then it is unlikely to perform well. Painfully slow on it's best day. I'd miss work waiting for your app to function properly. It needs a lot of work. Call in backup.

TeamLive is pretty decent at giving an easy to read schedule, but that's about all the good. This app will sign you out at random even if you tell it to keep you signed in. This wouldn't be so much of an issue if it's system for logging in wasn't so awful. Half the time when you try to log in it'll say "something went wrong, please try again" and spoiler alert nothing will fix it. Same can happen on the startup screen and you won't be able to log in or anything at all. Uninstall fixes the issue.
