Paid for a membersip, matched with two people then the app froze and I was deleted within minutes. Will be contacting bank soon

Artificial service restrictions on communication, artificial unverified accounts, accounts of candidates from completely different countries, why are they needed at all, is it a joke or a functional crookedness? The application does not seem real at all, more like a fake application concocted on the knee, completely untrustworthy. Sorry, but you need to either rethink your business model or give users more freedom, you are not competitive in the date apps market.

Y does it keep telling me *something went wrong* or *network error* but my network is working well? 💔😡😠😠

I think it's lovely and easy to meet people , but I can't reply or send messages.. it really hurt when I cannot reply or send help me out and and can I use usa visa card to pay in?

User with this email address is already registered. Okay. Login and refresh the password - this email address is not found... Guys, maybe you need make this app without bugs before releasing?

After using a premium subscription for a while the app has just deleted my profile. The support team isn't responding through emails. Lost money and time with this app.

Worst quality app ever. Half of it doesn't work. Now I logged out and can't even get back, because login doesn't work and password recovery doesn't work either.

This is such a frustrating app! It takes forever to type anything! Not to mention the time it takes to load profiles! There are EAY too many bugs to fix.

This application is great I most say . But I try to enter it now but It won't open. Saying Is from my internet connection,why is not. What is wrong... I just got here saw that it has been updated. I don't understand. Why saying is from my internet connection. When I tap try again. It minimize

Got banned just like lots of other guys here on reviews. My guess that's because I stupidly agreed to someone's proposal to chat outside of the app. That should never be an automatic permanent ban as people often make mistakes and no one ever reads all the hidden "agreements". Thankfully didn't put any money in it yet.

Horrible bot ridden Russian scam dating app. My account was blocked and deleted for no reason. I didn't violate any of their terms and services and yet no explanation is given as to why this happened. It also happened a day after I paid for a premium subscription so once they got my money they stole it and ran away, so to say. So I guess they just deleted my account because I'm not a Russian.

I found my match and my free trial has ended. I can't message the person anymore. You need to pay which is dumb. And it's too expensive I'm not paying thank you very much. Waste of time. Your app is trash. Deleting my account and uninstall. Bye bye.

Registered, completed profile, used it for 10 min, and then was blocked from the app, wierd, then contacted suppor via email and website after 9 hours still waiting a reply. I guess the use people to complete the profile put pictures in, and then they block you, and put a bot for the profile, and use it for their interests......

It's the worst. It constantly asks me to add a photo, when I have photos. I can't log into the app, because I am not even able to decline for it. The administrator does not like my usual photos.

Horrible app that steals your money. After a purchase of a short premium subscription, it automatically charges you for the next month without any warning. And "helpful" support refuses to make any refunds. They said everything was written in small letters and accepted it while I made my purchase. This is clearly a fraud.

Sends push spam every day. You can't switch it off. Only with people messages notifications.

I'm in the UK and my location is set to the UK region but it keeps bringing people from Russia location for matching...terrible experience 😑 😒

This app is unusable. Could not login, they say an account is already registred with my email. Probably it is because i had an account in other app from this company. I couldn't restore my password, I'd got an empty email instead of instructions for password reset (probably because my phone is in English, and they do not have translations).
