In times where privacy should be very important to everyone, this is the only viable alternative to discord and others. Unfortunately the app used to work fine, but now it keeps disconnecting or people don't hear me anymore. I'm mostly using it in the car via Bluetooth. Not acceptable for a payed app. Please fix asap and I'll change back to 5 stars!
I see a lot of negative reviews for this, however I have not had any issues for what it's worth. Connected to our server inside our network and outside the network. Stayed connected and worked great. Your mileage may very but for .99 it is worth trying if you think you could use it.
Wouldn't even load. I was stuck on a black screen the first time I opened it. Nothing showed up at all. I tried redownloading, etc etc and it's just a black screen. DO NOT BUY. Stick to the PC version, this is very unstable. i got a refund within 20 minutes of buying.
I cannot accept licence agreement just because there is no way to do it: all I see is 4 lines of text (last is "table of contents"), 2 working buttons "reject" and "send" and disabled "accept". I cannot scroll view, there is no interactive elements except these 2 buttons.
App does not properly release proximity sensor on Galaxy S9+. Causes screen to turn off when not on any kind of call. Have to force quit to release sensor. Best app for low bandwidth communications. Works when no one else does. To the people complaining about the servers they have, don't you have remote administration?
This App works great except for the fact that the audio quality is bad. Listening to music through teamspeak is really not a viable option on mobile unless the sound quality is improved. Edit: The app won't let me connect to any server on wifi or cellular network. Complains that "server connection could not be initialized" even though internet is working 100% in every other app.
Super upset with how poorly this app performs when compared to the one on PC. I can't even hear my friends talk but they can hear me clear as day. It worked fine on my old phone but now I have a 5G one and the signal is stronger than steel yet my friends sound like they're in a tunnel. Fix your app teamspeak. March 20, 2021. App still isn't fixed still runs terribly I can't understand any of my.friends for longer then 0.2 milliseconds and now the app constantly freezes and crashes.
I connected to a server last night to say goodnight to my friends. I disconnected. TS3 was no longer in my notifications bar. This caused my alarm to play out of my phone audio instead of my speaker. I barely heard it until I'm now 30 minutes late for work. This is the worst app on my phone. I regret paying for this over free Discord.
After last update, Samsung phone warning popped up saying it detected the app recording audio while as a background process even when I was not logged in or connected to any server. Yeah, you really shouldn't be spying on people's audio when they aren't even connected... real dangerous app.
I just tried it because of all the bad reviews I saw. To be honest when your first download and open it you can hardly hear anything but once you go to the setting, you can increase the volume or even set it to use speaker. For me it's working perfectly and even worth more than 0.99 price
