I think this app has great potential to be helpful in connecting customers to service providers while in a remote capacity. However, I pride myself on being pretty tech savvy and this app is very frustrating and not easy to navigate. It is constantly logging me off, does not remember my preset information, and drops almost every call. It annoys me that I cannot adjust the notification settings, nor does it provide resources for the customer if the vendor fails to connect.

the app is missing several obviously necessary functions (the button for help center doesn't work, as an example.) You end up having to call and then they may or may not transfer you to the right place. sometimes you get a message telling you to leave a voicemail but instead of being able to actually do that, you just get more hold music. This app is a mess.
App frequently crashes or has server errors. I have had multiple issues with service providers, such as no waiting room being set up, to being left in a waiting room for 45 min, to having a meeting cancelled last minute with no indication why. The app, if you press the back button too much when looking for a provider, will back completely out of the tab and you have to reenter all of your information. Customer service is unhelpful, and has hung up on me after being on hold for 1 hour.
This app helped me find one of the best therapists thats worked fantastic for me. However for my last couple visits I have been unable to connect with anybody, no alternative phone numbers to call, just waiting on the other end for a provider that can barely get the system to work themselves. I rely on my therapy sessions and not being able to connect for weeks at a time is extremely exhausting and frustrating.
Easy to use when it works. I have enabled fingerprint and passcode access multiple times, but it never works when I use the app the next time, it still makes me enter my username and password, and then AGAIN asks if I want to set up fingerprint and passcode. And then, when I go to view my important messages, it tells me I can't access them, so I have to log on to my laptop anyway. The video calls run smoothly, but the app itself needs serious maintenance.
Don't waste your time. I spent 2 hours trying to fill everything out, the app kept freezing. I called the number and a rude man (who had me on speaker phone) said they couldn't schedule a visit since I'm a self-pay patient despite the app saying that was fine. Decided to try again from the computer, was able to finally find a doctor and request an appt. After all that, they wanted $229!!! Do not recommend.
I tried to set up an account and I never could. All I got was a circle of "you already have an account-please sign in" and "you have entered the wrong information." So instead of getting a Free doctor consultation I had to use another quick care app, that actually was user friendly, and had to pay the copay. What a pain. Not fun having to go thru all that when you feel terrible already.
The service is great. The app sucks. There's no way to store your info for finger/face login so I have to reset my password any time I want to log in. Very frustrating. I haven't found a way to stay logged in like some apps have. Very frustrating. If the actual service wasn't so good I would delete and be done. Also, there's no way to message your therapist or doctor so if something comes up, so you can't reschedule you just have to cancel and wait another 3 days.
I love the option to use teladoc instead of sitting in a waiting room forever. However, the app can sometimes be an issue. Every time I try to log in, the app has not saved my login information, and I have to go through the entire process of figuring out my username and resetting my password. Also, I have had the issue twice now that the provider supposedly cannot reach me at my phone number. I do not have any blocks on restricted numbers, and everybody else can get through on my line.
Just logging in, it never remembers your settings. I've set it several times to read my fingerprint. I have yet to log in with my fingerprint. Once you are in, it's not easy to use. If you have to fill out a form, you may have to fill it out several times before you are finished because I keep dates on my phone and when you close the page to look at another, it deletes everything you where just working on. When you get messages, I still haven't really figured out how to see what a message is.
