This app has been a disaster to me, I lost so much due to poor operation system that deducts money from account when I try to cash out by ATM. I didn't receive my money for more than three times. CBEbirr is better.

Telebirr super app is just like its name but some functionalities have no descriptions for the end user. For example, there is no any information about the financial limit setting.

it's a no-no for me! ሌላ አማራጮች የሌሉበት ሁኔታ ላይ ካልሆነ አልመክረዉም. ለአንድ ግዜ የCBE transfer 10 birr የአገልግሎት ክፍያ plus 15% VAT, telebirr to telebirr account transfer የአገልግሎት ክፍያ plus 15% VAT ዘረፋ ነወ! If you make 200 transfers from CBE into your telebirr account and made 1000 more than 500 birr transfers from your telebirr to someone else, your total service charge plus VAT is gonna be more than 5700 birr!

tell birr system is very bad i transferred money from this app to my bank account and it has been long since they said the system is holding it still didn't get it horrible app horrible customer service and very not good system

This telebirr thing has been horrible for me. I made an account long ago and forgot the password so I went to an Ethiotelecom center and they told me to call the toll free number and when I did that the customer service told me to go to an ET center which makes the consumer experience trash

Telebirr is good to settle our payment, but most of the time it is not easily manage with data, it is better to use with wifi. now it is best to use for everything. thankyou.

It was working perfectly for a good while but recently it blocks me out from logging in, to be specific, it tells me "The SIM with this number is not inside this phone" even though I made sure that it was inserted, please fix this problem!

It's a great application esp. for those who don't have mobile banking. It may need further updates (I think) for instance on 'log in', it expires within few moments; 'Send Money to Bank Account', in case someone sending makes error on the acc number he/she may need the name of the person to confirm; ... Other areas also may need updates (as needed) Otherwise Great App I like it

It is not active at all. Most of the time it keeps loading for a long displaying black screen and some of its future doesn't work at all. It is boring to wait it to be opened.

I'm experiencing an issue with the Telebirr MiniApp on Pixel phones running Android 16. The app glitches immediately upon launch and fails to load properly. This seems to be a compatibility issue with the latest Android update. Please investigate and provide a fix or update to ensure smooth functionality. Thank you!

I wish if this app works for international money transferring. I will send money for my family from my app. It also prevents the black market money laundering. If there's any way that I can use it for international money transfer, please let me know. Good job, Tele. I hope we will launch our own cloud very soon.

I've never seen an app as inconsistent as Telebirr. The main issue is login—I can’t log in using Wi-Fi, and when I switch to mobile data, it says 'Connection failed, check your internet.' Even when my data is on the right SIM, it still asks me to insert the SIM or turn on data. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re in a hurry to pay. When it works, it’s smooth, but when it doesn’t, it’s the most annoying app, with unjustifiable errors.

Telebirr was a great, easy to use and convenient app. But since the latest version (1.1.6.336), it has just gone bad. 1. Having to insert the sim card associated with the account to a device you are trying to log in from is the exact opposite of seamless and convenient service. Also inserting the sim card into the device is not enough that one needs to use the data from that sim card. 2. Can not log into telebirr while connected to wifi? That is just an awful UX. How inconvenient of telebirr!

Initially, I was extremely pleased with the app as a whole. However, I was disappointed to discover that it can only be used while connected to mobile data upon logging in. This restriction is quite inconvenient. While I acknowledge that it may be for security reasons, it is worth noting that other large financial apps, such as Wise and Payoneer, are still accessible via Wi-Fi.

it is used to be of the best app to use but currently, Idk on which version it is started, i am struggling to use some features like, airtime/Buy package, my etiotel, so on... the app stuck somewhere opening the buy airtime and package, ... pls fix this problem as soon as possible!

This app is widely used in our country these days, but the interface is very confusing and not attractive. The packages section, in particular, needs to be simplified, as the apps collected there feel bulky and difficult to use. The app should be improved to be more user-friendly, similar to other payment apps. For example, the payment QR code scanner is hidden..it should be visible on the main interface and displayed more prominently, like in other attractive apps

Dear team, please check this issue. For one transaction, why did the password interface appear more than two times when we entered the password repeatedly? The transaction was reinitiated. Please check it for one transaction one time. Password interface is enough.

I find this app amazing, but I would like to request that it be accessible without requiring internet or airtime to log in. Currently, I cannot use it unless I have an active internet package or airtime. Allowing free access to the app would make it much easier for users like me to benefit from it.

This telecom app is great, but the only problem is when you try to log in to your account, it shows an error saying “Please insert your SIM card” even though the SIM card is already inside. Sometimes restarting the phone helps, but other times it doesn’t work at all. It’s very frustrating to see this issue repeatedly. Developers, please fix this problem — it would be greatly appreciated.
