Inasmuch as I like this app, I would like to point out the recent displeasure I encountered; just from nowhere the app stopped working on my device. I thought it was because of low storage but I was wrong, the problem persisted even after I trashed almost every large file on my device.
I never seen such prblm it's ridiculous I am facing a problem while trying to log in to my Telegram account. After entering the OTP sent to my phone, the app asks me for a password. Unfortunately, I do not remember the password. When I click on the “Reset Password” option, it does not work and nothing happens.
It's a complete waste of time! I’m trying to log in, but Telegram keeps saying ‘we’ve sent the code to another device, but I’m not logged in anywhere else, and I’m not using the app. How am I supposed to get the code? Extremely poor login system. Fix this!
I am trying to get in my telegram account but it's not letting me... and it's not showing update app o really don't know why my telegram is not opening and no updates on play store so I really don't know how to reconnect that's the reason why I'm here to know how to resolve it,I waited for more than 12 hours still it's not opening... whenever I try to enter it bounce out and this kind of stuff has not happened before on my telegram account this is strange though, this needs to be resolved 😕
I have had a Telegram account for near on four and a half years, and today was the first time I couldn't open the app, I clicked on and the app kept disappearing. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled. Then it asked me for my phone number of which I gave. Then it said we'll send you a code via message to my phone... I'm still waiting, been waiting for over an hour now. It's Sunday evening 11.25pm to be exact. Can you pleased help fix the problem. Thank you Peter... 💐 Once again the app crashed
Now telegram has become a very stupid network unlike before. It does not give you options to get a verification code to open your account but it has direct access in one way 😔😕 ,for example, it tells you that we have sent a verification code to your other phone's telegram. Even if you don't have another device with that account.
My experience had been Despite promptly contacting the Telegram support team after my account was compromised, I have not received any response. My account is now being used by an unknown third party to distribute suspicious links, and I have been completely locked out. Every login attempt only shows “try again after 24 hours.” This situation is preventing me from recovering my account and poses a serious risk to my contacts. The lack of attention and assistance from the team is concerning
I can't add any account , and when there is no account and just I'm going to sign up new account it say the code went to your another device,while there is no another device 😐😐😐. and another problem that occurred nowadays is telegram x throw me out, it's a horrible bug and I can't access to my account.
The option of sending codes to sms or email is no longer available. Please fix it ASAP. It's now showing "code sent to your other telegram account" which I don't have access to. It's been a user friendly app but since 18th July till now, code is no longer sent to sms or email which allows quick login. Please fix this issue ASAP
Dear Management. I hope this finds you well. please, it has been days, since the app stopped functioning, unable to open/use. it just crashed! After consulting some tech experts, they gave me a solution and I followed it. Now everything is back to normal.(edited)
