Inasmuch as I like this app, I would like to point out the recent displeasure I encountered; just from nowhere the app stopped working on my device. I thought it was because of low storage but I was wrong, the problem persisted even after I trashed almost every large file on my device.

I never seen such prblm it's ridiculous I am facing a problem while trying to log in to my Telegram account. After entering the OTP sent to my phone, the app asks me for a password. Unfortunately, I do not remember the password. When I click on the “Reset Password” option, it does not work and nothing happens.

It's a complete waste of time! I’m trying to log in, but Telegram keeps saying ‘we’ve sent the code to another device, but I’m not logged in anywhere else, and I’m not using the app. How am I supposed to get the code? Extremely poor login system. Fix this!

I am trying to get in my telegram account but it's not letting me... and it's not showing update app o really don't know why my telegram is not opening and no updates on play store so I really don't know how to reconnect that's the reason why I'm here to know how to resolve it,I waited for more than 12 hours still it's not opening... whenever I try to enter it bounce out and this kind of stuff has not happened before on my telegram account this is strange though, this needs to be resolved 😕

I have had a Telegram account for near on four and a half years, and today was the first time I couldn't open the app, I clicked on and the app kept disappearing. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled. Then it asked me for my phone number of which I gave. Then it said we'll send you a code via message to my phone... I'm still waiting, been waiting for over an hour now. It's Sunday evening 11.25pm to be exact. Can you pleased help fix the problem. Thank you Peter... 💐 Once again the app crashed

Now telegram has become a very stupid network unlike before. It does not give you options to get a verification code to open your account but it has direct access in one way 😔😕 ,for example, it tells you that we have sent a verification code to your other phone's telegram. Even if you don't have another device with that account.

My experience had been Despite promptly contacting the Telegram support team after my account was compromised, I have not received any response. My account is now being used by an unknown third party to distribute suspicious links, and I have been completely locked out. Every login attempt only shows “try again after 24 hours.” This situation is preventing me from recovering my account and poses a serious risk to my contacts. The lack of attention and assistance from the team is concerning

I can't add any account , and when there is no account and just I'm going to sign up new account it say the code went to your another device,while there is no another device 😐😐😐. and another problem that occurred nowadays is telegram x throw me out, it's a horrible bug and I can't access to my account.

The option of sending codes to sms or email is no longer available. Please fix it ASAP. It's now showing "code sent to your other telegram account" which I don't have access to. It's been a user friendly app but since 18th July till now, code is no longer sent to sms or email which allows quick login. Please fix this issue ASAP

Dear Management. I hope this finds you well. please, it has been days, since the app stopped functioning, unable to open/use. it just crashed! After consulting some tech experts, they gave me a solution and I followed it. Now everything is back to normal.(edited)

I will give this app 5 stars as soon as it brings and allows video and group call. Other than that, it is perfect like the original one (or even better except for the limitations). It allows instant clear catch, which amazing to delete unwanted data from ur phone (without deleting it from Tg). I hope u will improve it.

This app was good, used if for years, but I had to uninstall it for storage reasons.. And now on my new phone I reinstalled it but it doesn't want to login, it keeps giving me these errors and saying I should try again later, it's been like that for 6 months.. Really annoying, I can't even use the app anymore, I would've gave it a lower review if possible

I love how the telegram X has been working + the option where you can secure your chats with fingerprint lock, makes it even more convenient to use. But the problem is that you can't post on your story I think that's the only thing missing on the telegram X unlike the normal telegram. I hope they add the story options 🔜

Greetings. Please fix your login system as it is not allowing us to login. I've recently deleted the app and tried to download it earlier this week but fail to login. I enter my country code and number at the login page with the intention to receive it via SMS. That doesn't work. The app tells me that it has sent the code to the Telegram on my other device. I don't have another device and haven't logged into another device since deletion. No response to emails too?? Please fix this, guys.

Logins are a hassle. I don’t have another device with my phone number, so where exactly are you sending the code? A few of my friends have faced the same issue. You risk losing loyal users by not adding an option to receive the code via SMS or email. If this isn’t fixed soon, I’ll have no choice but to switch apps—I can’t be struggling to log in for over two weeks. 💔

App was working normally but suddenly came up with restrictions. I had only been using the app to communicate with a few people, probably exchanging 10 messages back & forth daily so it can't be flagged as excessive volumes or spam, I re started my phone and reinstalled the app but now it just comes up with an error message when I put my phone number in to log in. I've emailed the contact us details but still not heard back from them which is very frustrating.

I received a very poor experience, calls keep disconnecting, and I keep getting notifications that this app has a bug! I don't get real-time notifications. I have to unlock the phone and open the app to receive calls. The app keeps crashing. I keep getting banned! I wasn't expecting the to witness such!!! IF THE APP IS COMPATIBLE WITH CERTAIN DEVICES, PLEASE INCLUDE IN DESCRIPTION! Current device: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

I'm experiencing a very weird bug were a contact of mine is duplicated, tells me it's on telegram, when I know the contact in fact IS there, and it then switches the name to "mod####". Now, I really hope security is up date on your end, because it would be a bummer to find out otherwise, and have my device in a vulnerable state for this reason. Also, it's scary! Please look into this, and take it seriously! Thank you!

Delivers the same telegram experience. But I typically find it is more stable and has never crashed on me. some features are a little more limited but it works quickly and simply. update 7-2025: still have unexplained restrictions.. cannot recommend this app at all, if for no reason your just going to get cut off and block from reaching your friends and damoly. literally useless now.

The app works well, but their major monetization hook is: if you don't pay for premium, you have to allow any random person to message you. I generally have to block around one scammer a day. If I could only allow contacts to message me, it would be five stars. But monetizing by making people be vulnerable to scams and harassment unless they buy premium is a terrible business strategy.
