Been using Telehealth by SimplePractice for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you do video appointments with your therapist or doctor without having to go into the office. Pretty solid if you’re into remote healthcare.
Here’s what you do: you just open the app, click ‘Start session’, and boom – you’re in a secure video call. There’s also a chat feature if you wanna type stuff out instead. And you can share your screen too, which is useful for things like looking at documents together.
Look, if you’re into telemedicine and all that, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the video quality can be a bit spotty sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re tired of having to go to the clinic for every appointment.
