I’m not financially strong, and losing access to a temp email linked to my account with money has hit me hard. I don’t need old messages — just access to the same email address. I’ve sent emails, but no one replied. I understand it's a temporary service, but please help me in any way you can. This situation is really painful.
The app has a user-friendly interface, but the frequent pop-up ads can be irritating. The free version has several restrictions, like using only one email and no domain choice for new emails. The premium version is solid, but the subscription cost may deter some users. Personally, as an infrequent user, the expense isn't a concern.
With the exception of spammers, few people will have a need to use a temporary/disposable e-mail address frequently. Consequently, the programmer's money grabbing scheme by bleeding customers dry with recurring subscription schemes makes even less sense for this app than it makes for others. A one-time purchase might be justified, but at the end of the day, creating an e-mail account that one simply does not use for anything other than disposable/temporary purposes will do just fine. I no longer want to use Temp Mail apps. Before, I could create accounts without issues, but now it's unreliable due to suspensions. Can you do something about this? If not, I'll give you a 1-star rating.
It's OK. Good for shopping and anything else where you don't want to use you're personal email address. Storage of emails for only 2 hours sux! Upgrading to premium would be nice, but requires a subscription, something I'll never do. It's just money down the drain. Too bad a one time upgrade price is not offered. But, there's other apps to try.
consent issues, times out before you can modify consent options... Instead of 'accept all' I chose to modify consent options, but the page with options only lets me modify 1 of many options before it disappears on me. then the app is seemingly ready to use, but I haven't modified my privacy options yet. occurred 3 times before I gave up.
Edit : I purchased a Premium subscription on your website, expecting it to work across all platforms. However, your support team now claims I must pay again via Google Play to use Premium in the app. This is unacceptable. Either: > Provide a way to log into the app with my existing web Premium account (explain the QR code method properly), OR > Refund my web subscription immediately.
