Great Concept, 1 flaw. I can't search for anything directly by typing it in, I have to scroll through everything to find what I want, even authors and narrators. It's pretty frustrating because I'm looking for a specific book. Other than that, the app is great. I love the fresh options tailored to me. It's exactly what I've been looking for.
I love this app!!!! I was fortunate enough to sign on when they were offering a free 6 month preview. No commercials or yucky interruptions to annoy me = FABULOUS!!!!!! I recently had a small issue and emailed support. I have to admit, they were quick to answer my questions and fix my problems (Like within an hour!!). They were super easy to talk to and didn't put me off like so many other's have. So if you haven't tried this app and you enjoy listening to your books, try this app!!
What I really like is that u don't have to unlock each chapter / episode u can just pay for the whole book and usually at a decent price like 5$us. I wuld like it if they was a little bit cheaper and if it'd have the option for u to read the txt instead of listen sumtimes like I'll listen to it while cleaning etc. But when I get the chance to sit down instead of listen I'd like to read it. But all in all it's really great wuld like more stories though.
OMG I 💓 Tempt app. No other story app I tried could compare.They have super hot story and the best voice narrator's. They also have great deal. You can pay once a week our once every 3 months. If you choose to go with the 3 month deal you'll only have to pay half of what you would if you went with once a week. Oh they also have free stories and 3day free trial. By the time you buy coins and top up on other app it will cost a lot more then 8.99 week. So give it a try it'll really make your day!!
I love the books on here! The narrators are amazing, but my biggest issue with the app is the subscription. I have an active subscription but it keeps telling me I have to resubscribe! Why? My subscription is active until next year! I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for this big issue. ***UPDATE*** The customer service team is awesome and provided a speedy response and fixed the issues I was having with my account.
Was listening to a book series the app locked out showing No Internet Available. After trying everything to fix the issue, I tried removing and reinstalling it. Now the series is pay only as is the same story for a number of other authors I listen to. Was a 4 star app....not any more. Not worth it when I can get the same books elsewhere for free.
The male narrators in here, I feel like they might be getting aroused as they read this out loud. The way they get into character, you can vividly vision it. The book I'm on now, the way he was reading it, makes your heart rate increase, and then all of a sudden in the most calmest voice out of nowhere...."chapter 6"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I don't know why I laughed so hard at that but this app I recommend. Shout out to the authors and narrators💜 keep them coming!
I downloaded the app to try since it was advertised that you can search based on tropes and spice level. However, it's actuality that you can sort the available audio books based on this criteria. You cannot search for specific books or series. I did not investigate much before downloading and trying the 3 day free trial, but I suspect that none of the popular books and book tok series are available in this app. Also it's $52 for a month subscription.
Amazing tandem audio! Love having an actual person reading the characters. Female and male! My only issue at this time is sometimes the app doesn't load up. I have to uninstall and reinstall. Edit/response: I've tried clearing the cashe to no avail. I've even rebooted my phone. My gripe is the app doesn't remember where I was but does remember I have a paid membership. Confusing and annoying, honestly. EDIT: Easy to say, but if it doesn't reload this isn't possible without un and reinstalling.
I had books I really wanted to read in my library. No time limit was displayed. I paid for 6 months of the primium version and most of my books went poof. And others had a time limit. Do not recommend this app. Update. To clarify again. The fact that it was a rotating catalog was not made clear Until I paid for premium.
