I’ve been using TenantCloud Pro for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one property management app for landlords, property managers, and tenants. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you can do: You can list your properties, connect with tenants, handle maintenance requests, collect rent online, and even get leads for vacant units. There’s also a built-in document builder for leases and stuff – took me a while to figure that out but it’s super useful. And the tenant portal is pretty cool, lets your renters submit requests and pay rent right from their phones.
Look, if you’re a landlord or property manager, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re tired of juggling a million different tools.

So here's my take on TenantCloud Pro. I've tested a bunch of property management apps and this one's pretty solid. The feature set is comprehensive - you can basically run your whole rental business from this one app. I like the customizable website for your listings and the online rent collection is super convenient. But it does have some downsides. The UI feels a little outdated and it can be buggy at times. And some of the more advanced features like the accounting tools are not super intuitive. Overall though, it's a pretty good option if you're looking for an all-in-one solution.
