Shouldnt have to pay a fee just to pay my rent this app is a scam

The fee for processing the payment is ridiculous!!!!!! I will NOT be using it again!!!!!

doesn't syndicate to rental listing websites anymore for free. switching to Zillow rental manager which is free.

I don't like the way Stripe identifies my bank account. I'm not sure I have chosen the correct one.

Just signed up and so far going well... everything is working well with getting set up.

I shouldn't have a feeling to pay my rent. I feel like the landlord should pay the fee. I would rather venmo my payment for free. I'm not charged 1.95 to send through venmo or cash app

It's been 3 days of trying to sign on to this ridiculous app the landlord chose. There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT number on any tab to reach out to a live person. I'm sure it's quite transparent and easy for the landlord, but the renters screen is a nightmare.

difficult to set up to bank account fees charged for bank card

so easy to use and convenient a must have for renters

charging a fee for an ach payment is OUTRAGEOUS. Plus there is a bug to prevent me setting up autopay. I can't wait to move so I never have to use this app again.
