doesn't syndicate to rental listing websites anymore for free. switching to Zillow rental manager which is free.
I don't like the way Stripe identifies my bank account. I'm not sure I have chosen the correct one.

I shouldn't have a feeling to pay my rent. I feel like the landlord should pay the fee. I would rather venmo my payment for free. I'm not charged 1.95 to send through venmo or cash app
It's been 3 days of trying to sign on to this ridiculous app the landlord chose. There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT number on any tab to reach out to a live person. I'm sure it's quite transparent and easy for the landlord, but the renters screen is a nightmare.
difficult to set up to bank account fees charged for bank card
so easy to use and convenient a must have for renters
charging a fee for an ach payment is OUTRAGEOUS. Plus there is a bug to prevent me setting up autopay. I can't wait to move so I never have to use this app again.
They are quick to fix any of your problems great team of people to have and great management 👍
UPDATE 11.6.24 I GET CHARGED FOR REPORTING MY RENTAL HISTORY TO CREDIT BUREAU WHICH I THOUGHT WAS FREE SINCE I GET CHARGED 1.50 ON TOP OF PAYING RENT. THIS IS APP WAS NOT MADE FOR TENANTS. I HOPE MY LANDLORD SWITCH TO DIFFERENT APP. THERE are a few things I feel should work like other rental apps. For instance, I thought it was free to use your bank account, but I get charged $1.50 on top of my paying my rent. There's no way around it.
can't set up future payments and the fee for card is absurd. hate it

I downloaded the app and hit the open app. After answering the question, do you have a landlord? It doesn't do anything else. it just stays stuck on the screen.
Pam Over. App won't open. Cleared cache but still did not work. Cannot get past 1st page. Need to set up a payment through the portal., but this is Labor Day weekend. What can I do now?
I downloaded the app once I was connected to the landlord. Opened the app on my Android phone, answered the first question and nothing happens. Could someone please check my account so I can use the app from my phone when needed. Thank you.
I'm in the process of securing an apartment and am unable to access to lease or upload any documents (proof of income) through the app. I kept getting error messages from the app anytime my potential landlord requested that I complete a task through the app. this has been a horrible end user experience I've just been emailing my landlord directly which defeats the purpose of downloading the app.
Frustrated with this app and angry that I have to pay an ACH fee, that's ridiculous. As others have written, I have tried multiple times to use the app but I always am stuck at the intro page asking if I have a landlord and I cannot get past that page. I'd like to set up autopay for both rent and utilities but can't.
