Sometimes the app doesn't recognize I'm connected to the network even though I clearly app. I have to shut down the app once or twice before it loads correctly. And what is the purpose of being able to download the episodes if I can't watch them offline???? It's annoying cause I'll have episodes downloaded but can't wait cause I'm not connected to wifi and data service in the area is not great so I'm stuck not being able to watch the downloaded episodes.
I like the app but how I add Subtitles in English or Spanish? Clicked the options and doesn't add the Subs

this turned up to be a scam. I wanted to watch a drama so I purchased the VIP plan. But after episode 20 I am required to purchase the next episodes separately. Totally not worth it. I am uninstalling it
I support Tencent because I really love the fact that there are streaming shows & movies built for LGBT community. I also really appreciate watching pure and actually romantic truelove between two people that aren't straight. However, I am still searching for a streaming company that mainly focuses on lgbt community. Want to show true support to LGBT companies cause they work so hard to not make people feel left out and provide a space that is safe and welcoming to them and enjoyable. Thank u!

charged for access but no access. Google won't refund even though it clearly shows I was charged and I showed a screenshot of it saying expired. no response from the developer. Google is now terrible about its refunds, never allows you to provide info that you didn't receive the item just denies. I would be careful.
I love, love the content, BUT I feel it's unfair that I have been a VIP for many months and now they're charging for express episodes on new releases. What's even worse is charging express viewing on shows with AI translation when the subtitle quality is not the same as a human translation. I also feel that 99 cents per episode for a vertical drama is highway robbery. Good content, but virtually nothing is included in your VIP subscription anymore which makes me question if it's worth it.
I bought the VIP pass and when I had to do an update my account now says that I don't have VIP.
