But fair warning – there aren’t nearly as many users as on the big dating apps, and some areas are pretty dead. Still, the people who ARE on here seem way more serious about actually meeting up and getting to know each other.

So here's my honest take after using TendrBang for a while. I've tried pretty much every dating app out there, and this one's definitely doing its own thing. The focus on written posts is actually really refreshing - you get a way better sense of who someone is compared to just looking at their carefully curated selfies. And not gonna lie, it's kind of nice not having to stress about getting the perfect profile pic.
But there's definitely some room for improvement. The app feels pretty basic sometimes, and the UI could use some work. Plus, if you're in a smaller city, you might run into the same listings over and over. Still, I'd say it's worth checking out if you're done with the whole Tinder scene and want something more genuine.
