This app does NOT work with Apple or Android products. We have tried four different products. It is clearly an app issue. Do y'all turn it off on the weekends?!
Android users, I aged 5 years trying to figure this out. Go to App settings, click on set as default, click on supported web addresses, allow eidapp and midademia. You are welcome!!
Can't get my phone number binded, it sometimes doesn't send a code, and after entering a phone number it will sometimes just let me past without binding my number, showing me a popup confirming this. Do better.
this is the biggest failure of any app. has trouble loading. the link won't work with some phones. finally get the link to work and then it wants a photo but that process is broken also.
BAD APP DOESN'T WORK. Sends you a link and won't open says "site couldn't be reached". Tried with 3 different browsers and 2 different phones. Tennessee wants you to download this so your kids can take the learners test online but it doesn't work. So suck it I'm coming into the office. Stupid D.M.V. wasting more of my time. .....again
Link not working...Go to your phone's settings menu, click on Apps, find & click on TN Proctor ID app, click on "Set as default", make sure "Open supported links" is turned on, and click on "Supported web addresses", make sure all web addresses are turned on. Go to the TN Proctor App, resend the link to your phone, click on the link, and (fingers crossed) it should work! 😊
I really like ProctorID!!! My daughter took her test, passed, and now she's receiving her permit. This test does not take it easy on anyone who has to take the test either. It was just as hard as it was when you had to go inside the Driver's Lisence Testing Center to take the test. It's just more convenient because the test is taken from the comfort of your home.
If you have an LG phone don't even try. Even after going through and changing settings it wouldn't work. Tried on my wife's Samsung and it worked so cool right? Eh wrong. When doing the whole selfie verification thing which is infuriating in itself it freaking crashed. And look at all these one star reviews with no replies. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
I have tried to get this app on 3 different phones. When trying to click on the link in the text message that is sent, I get a message that says the address is mistyped (even though I didn't type anything). I waited a few days and tried again with the same result. This is very frustrating.
I downloaded the app but every time I try to register my phone by clicking the link I receive via text message I repeatedly get an error message. I even deleted & reinstalled the app. Nothing has worked & I have no idea what to do. Please fix this issue.
