App wouldn't let me sign in. It automatically used the wrong email. I entered the correct email but now "my device" is somehow registered under the old email. It wouldn't let me simply order as a guest, unless i logged in or signed up!! Same issues with my wife's phone. App issue? This thing sucks!!!
App crashes after placing an order. After you order something, it'll immediately crash. The app will only open again after you pick up your order. It's been happening for a couple of weeks now. Uninstalled/reinstalled the app didn't fix it. Cleared cache/data and same thing.
I read download the app, sign up, and get a free bowl. I got super excited because I am financially struggling and haven't tried the food yet here and I missed the chance using the grand opening coupons. Then I found out I have to buy 2 bowls, and sodas to get the free bowl. Fine print misled me so hard, so I won't be trying this place after all. I also checked the app, fountain drinks are very expensive and unfortunately I only drink water
I've been ordering from Teriyaki Madness for well over a decade and it satisfies that childhood craving for teriyaki chicken.
Garbage app and program, not all their locations print code on receipt to get points(maybe half) and no way to tell till u get there , its hard to navigate when it works bc of errors in checkout, doesnt save basket, only saves exact orders that have been paid for thru app so god help u if you want a small change, if you go to more than one location like in a big city and want to order from the app you have to manually enter your CC info for each location instead of one time for the whole app.

I ordered thru the app, double-checked that I selected the right location, and it even said the location in the email, but when I got to the store they told me it was across town and they refused to even talk about a refund or even restoring my used reward. Thankfully I was able to do a charge back with Chase.
My family and I absolutely LOVE this place! I wish they had another location by us! (Southport Rd & the New 69 interchange) Hint Hint- there's available space with up and coming restaurants. You would sure get alot of business!! 😉😉
The food is very savory, less sweet. Edamame was fabulous. Steak tender and not over cooked. I would have preferred a sweeter crab rangoon. They had good orange chicken, too.
So far so good, chicken was cooked nicely, steamed vegetables were really great. Very friendly and hot food quick. Good portion size and price. Will try it again.
