App wouldn't let me sign in. It automatically used the wrong email. I entered the correct email but now "my device" is somehow registered under the old email. It wouldn't let me simply order as a guest, unless i logged in or signed up!! Same issues with my wife's phone. App issue? This thing sucks!!!

App crashes after placing an order. After you order something, it'll immediately crash. The app will only open again after you pick up your order. It's been happening for a couple of weeks now. Uninstalled/reinstalled the app didn't fix it. Cleared cache/data and same thing.

I read download the app, sign up, and get a free bowl. I got super excited because I am financially struggling and haven't tried the food yet here and I missed the chance using the grand opening coupons. Then I found out I have to buy 2 bowls, and sodas to get the free bowl. Fine print misled me so hard, so I won't be trying this place after all. I also checked the app, fountain drinks are very expensive and unfortunately I only drink water

I've been ordering from Teriyaki Madness for well over a decade and it satisfies that childhood craving for teriyaki chicken.

Garbage app and program, not all their locations print code on receipt to get points(maybe half) and no way to tell till u get there , its hard to navigate when it works bc of errors in checkout, doesnt save basket, only saves exact orders that have been paid for thru app so god help u if you want a small change, if you go to more than one location like in a big city and want to order from the app you have to manually enter your CC info for each location instead of one time for the whole app.

I ordered thru the app, double-checked that I selected the right location, and it even said the location in the email, but when I got to the store they told me it was across town and they refused to even talk about a refund or even restoring my used reward. Thankfully I was able to do a charge back with Chase.

My family and I absolutely LOVE this place! I wish they had another location by us! (Southport Rd & the New 69 interchange) Hint Hint- there's available space with up and coming restaurants. You would sure get alot of business!! 😉😉

The food is very savory, less sweet. Edamame was fabulous. Steak tender and not over cooked. I would have preferred a sweeter crab rangoon. They had good orange chicken, too.

So far so good, chicken was cooked nicely, steamed vegetables were really great. Very friendly and hot food quick. Good portion size and price. Will try it again.

The employees were so nice and the food was delicious! they give you enough rice in the large bowl for 4-5 people. I got an egg roll on the side and my husband liked it. They also put the veggies on the side instead of in the bowl which I appreciate. Definitely will be coming back.

amazing delicious food I always get the specials of the day with brown rice their veggies are so freaking delicious can't beat the price locations right on the shopping center they're always busy but yet they're fast always clean amazing service and always you get read it at the door

Delicious food paired with the most frustrating app experience EVER - when delivery is selected, the delivery time is ALWAYS too close to the order time which cancels the order. And this happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Decided to just go with Shake Shack instead

have had nothing but issues with the app. first wrong addresses are being given to doordash, 2nd wrong amounts given on the app vs what's actually due making it difficult for the dasher to pick up the food and 3rd app glitches keeps asking for a payment method to be added and the payment section wasn't there then it popped up. the food itself is great and will be ordering through doordash it self. plus doordash delivery fee vs the app is ridiculous

this app is unusable unless you give it permission to access your location. It's not even necessary, I can just type in my zip code (I see this option in the UI, just can't do it because the pop-up telling me to give the app locations permission). Zero reason to know where my device is in order for me to order food.

Plagued by error validating basket issues when trying to place orders (in advance or for pickup during business hours). To me this app has one role as a user, help me get my order faster than going to the store and waiting for it to be prepared and it fails at that at least half the time. Bonus points for an easy UI, and rewards.

Great food, But a Pathetic excuse for an App!! Besides the app only being marginally user friendly, it has sent my order to the wrong store TWICE!!! Both times I attempted to cancel through the app, but it just gave me the stores phone to call. And of course the store manager would not refund my money! It might be nice to have the store location on the checkout screen to confirm where the order is going to! Go & try their dishes, but stay away from this app!!!

I love the app ans I love the food, the only gripe I have with the app itself is it's constant crashing right after I put my order in to go pick up. I can't re-enter the app after putting in the order as it keeps crashing, forcing me to uninstall to reinstall just so I can use it again. Otherwise it's still my favorite place to go eat, hope I can get some support for this issue.

Horrible. NOT EVEN A 1 STAR. It used to work-ish. I got coupons that the restaurant couldn't scan, but honored. Now it just spits a wall of error logs. I can't earn or redeem points. I can't even log out or navigate the app. It just spits a non-functional HTML error. This app is useless if it can't even function in a basic state. Reinstalling does NOT fix the error.

It's great when it works, but I opened it the other day and it kept refusing to connect to the internet. Nothing else on my phone had that problem, just this app. Been trying it ever since, with wifi, on data, moving around town, whatever. Nothing works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this several times now and every time it freezes on the opening screen where it says "bringing up your account." Can't redeem my birthday dinner. Thanks.
