practically useless. let me go through all the steps to create a play slip and then told me the app can't do that when I try to finish.

The app is pointless and useless now. Because NOW you can't even create a digital slip to scan at the store and, purchase the numbers you picked in the app

Broken - app does not work. I try to load in and it says technical issues. I have deleted and downloaded again. Same results.

Worthless app It nevers works when you want it to. Always showing technical difficulties screen when loading. Every update you lose your saved numbers. This is a worthless app.

Hasn't been able to scan tickets in weeks. It doesn't give an error or anything. It's like it's not even trying to read them.

lose, who wants an app that scans tickets and shows "not a winner" 99 percent of the time. The other 1 percent is a break even. That's how bad the odds have become on scratch off tickets, due to the lottery commission closing the games before all the tickets are sold to manipulate the odds they disclose on the tickets and app.

It's a great app... when it's working. There is too much downtime. Come on, Texas Lottery Commission! Open up those purse strings for fixing it instead of for your salaries! Maybe hire a reputable IT firm? Are your servers overloaded? FML!

What is the point of this app if it is unable to accept and process ticket pirchases? Totally useless. Why deny this key component that would facilitate and increase overall sales? There are other apps that display draw results. Uninstalling.

09/04/2025 Update: Removing and giving up on this app. Constantly gave to uninstall/re-install just to check tickets. This app is useless. I think there was some update and now it is hit and miss with acanning/checking tickets. Did the uninstall/install thing, and same issue.

Before the updates the app was great but now the scanner does not work on my phone. When I try to scan I get an error message that states the barcode scanner is not supported by my device.

Used to be a great way to scan tickets. The last update made it to where the app won't even load most of the time. When it does it doesn't work correctly and glitches or kicks you off.

due to a policy that Google has I cannot create numbers and save them to the app and make a digital slip. we aren't buying from the app it creates a digital play slip avoiding the use of paper slips. feature used to work before.

I officially hate this trash app. it's always saying something went wrong, and it isn't available. I can't even scan my tickets from 2 days ago. Now, I have to go to an actual store to scan and see if I won. Uninstalling for good, and not playing the lottery for good.

Does the scan ticket feature ever work. It'll scan, maybe one, then nothing. White background, upside down, I even tried in a photo box. Nothing. When I go to the store to scan, they'll always ask me to use the app... the app that doesn't work.

Wee keep getting an error message that says "To comply with Google Play Store policy, feature(s) are currently unavailable." Now this doesn't make since as the Play Store will still let you download apps that mine your phone for data and sell it to the highest bidding data brokers. Why?

You should be able to purchase lottery tickets online like before or allow us to use the app to do so. It is useful to check your tickets but that's it. It can take a few scans, but it usually works. I hate 3 draws a week, and I might pay $5 for a mega when it hits 500 million. $5 a ticket. I might take a billion.

Buggy app. Scanner is slow and keeps complaining about "system not available". update 2025: the app is 50/50 unusable. half the time I get a pop up saying "the app is inaccessible due to technical issues please check back in later". this screen unusually pops up after the nightly draws, you know, when I wanna check my tickets in the app??

Always something wrong with this app! Always ! Almost every time I go to open it, it says "having maintenance issues, please try again later" this has been the case for years ! I hesitate to purchase tickets sometimes because I never know if the app is going to work or not! It's an inconvenience to have to go scan my tickets at a store just to see if it's a winner .
