EXTREMELY disappointed with this app, and the fact that I paid for the full version! I used it for work for less than 2 weeks, and here's what happened: Not only was there static and echo on most calls, but 3 times my calls connected to a completely different party than who I was attempting to reach. Scary! Additionally, I was blocked from making calls or texts for 24h, impacting my ability to reach out. I've stopped using this app and am now using Google Voice until I find better.

This app worked great .. until last week. Suddenly, I couldn't send texts or make calls. I tried everything short of deleting the app. I reached out to customer service, only to get an automatic response. I've contacted cs twice since,with no response at all. As a last attempt to resolve the issue, I uninstalled and reinstalled the application, only to be locked completely, I cannot even sign in anymore.
After you download and familiarize, the app forces you to rate it with 👍🏼👎🏼. After that, it's downhill - App is slow to open and navigate. Way too many ads. Ads interup your texting and slows you down from getting your message done and sent. Calls do not connect, even though it shows that it is. You have to keep calling back the same person before you can hear each other. I guess thats what you get for a "free" service. 🤭
It was good in the beginning ... quick set up, easy to use, and free. After a while, it got difficult. Locking, freezing, and consistent dropped calls. My final straw was picking it up and trying to use it like normal, except that every "new" number I'd select would either be inactive or already snatched up (even though it was made available to choose from). I reached out for real-time support, but I got no help either. I'm shopping around for a different app. I'm no longer using this one.
I've been using this app for years, and ive watched it go downhill over time to the point where I am uninstalling it. It is so crippled by advertising. Banners permanently at the bottom, full screen ads after nearly every text. You can't rely that it will send and recieve texts. It nags you constantly to use it if you've been inactive for like a week, warning you they will deactivate your number..... 30 days. It didn't used to be this way, it used to be simple, reliable, and hassle free.
Bought the subscription. Only received calls. Does not perform outgoing calls. Customer support is of no help. Total waste of $10, but they did say that they would refund money on a few days I would recommend that anyone just keep the free app with ads. Buying the subscription through Google play may disappoint.
I have been using this app for a year now, some months paid, some months not. It was working excellently. However, just previous to an update on my Samsung Galaxy S21, it started crashing and now, it keeps giving me "Registration Errors" when I try to sign in. The most recent was "registration error 4764." There are so many clients that I might lose if I cannot get back in, hence the 2 stars. It was wonderful, until now. Please help!
Constantly messing up. I called to report problems & they said their system reported everything was functioning fine & refused to listen to me. I used them for years trouble free until 1 day my number didn't work anymore. I quit, but decided to try a new number. They are nothing like they use to be, calls drop, static and can't hear at times, system dials a different number than you called, can't hear them or they can't hear you, and constant ads in the way. NOW ADS ARE KNOCKING MY CALLS OFF
*review update* these ads are becoming a major problem. they interrupt answering/placing calls. also, automatically switches to speakerphone randomly in the middle of calls but it won't reflect that it's on speaker to shut it off. this has been a major annoyance. lastly, I do not get calls or alerts. even with a strong wifi connection. I'm about to delete your app and I've had this a long time. 6 calls back to back and it never rang? all phone alerts are on. not good. fix 🙏 please.
They now FORCE you to use the app every 30 days or you lose your number despite having it for over 5 years now. I still have paid minutes on it for emergency use, but they THREATEN me every few days with notifications I'll lose my number. HORRIBLE spam issues... Had the same number for years. Didn't text this month, and they took it away! The ads are just too intrusive, and they pop up over what you're doing, EVERY text. I'm finally done.
