So here's my honest take on TextMe Up Calling & Texts. I've tested a bunch of communication apps and this one's pretty solid. The free calling and texting features work really well, and I like how you can add multiple numbers. And the video calling is a nice bonus too. On the downside, the ads can get old after a while, and the UI takes some getting used to. But overall, it's a pretty useful app if you need a second number or just want to make free calls.

Description

Been using TextMe Up Calling & Texts for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you get a new phone number to use for calls and texts, all for free. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you can sign up and get a new number, then use it to make calls and send real SMS texts to people. There’s also the option to add multiple numbers and switch between them, which is pretty cool. And you can make HD voice and video calls to other TextMe Up users – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re into communication apps or need a second number, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
