I signed up tonight 15 quid, software below par, cancelled subscription, now find I cannot use the site yet paid up until 30 Oct 25, find there is no way to phone, email, contact thaifriendly, had to go to bank to confirm no payment in 30 days, overall : zero rating.

good app. easily make connections and not short of options. recent problem with app is it keeps switching itself out of dark mode. also now limited to 3 pictures when it used to be 6, and cannot upload pictures in app, have to use desktop to do that.

I am free user on this app. Previously, i need to wait for 10 mins to message. But as of now i am not able message anyone as it shows waiting time of 60 mins and once 60 mins is completed, it again starts the timer of 60 mins witjout allowing to message. Please clarify this issue.

can't message anyone, timer bug set to 24hours and even after waiting it's not allowing me to send message. update now it's asking for mandatory face verification when your privacy policy clearly mentions face verification is OPTIONAL update my subscription has been auto cancelled though there is 20 days left

They removed a bunch of features like such as option to chat, my favourites, my likes, ppl who favourite me and people who like me. now all I can access is search. basically unusable now. Need to fire whoever did the last update and roll back to older version as there is no chat now, is no like or favourite lists or anything. all I can do is search.....

I'm forced to give 1 star because the app dont work at the description part there is no way to continue on there is no button or anything and this is after the app takes all my info so now it's got my info and pics and I can't get into the app even restarting dont work I have to wonder how something so simple could be so overlooked...now it feels scammy as now I'll have to go digging through the internet for a way to remove all of my info from this site...its terrible!!

earlier it was good and really free messaging was there but now they have disabled free chat and for messaging anyone, we need to be premium user. i am always getting a 60 minutes timer every time i try initiating a chat with anyone. earlier there was just 10 minutes timer and now this 60 minutes timer but then its also never ending. it always keeps showing the timer and no messages is going.

the keyboard bug has fixed but some bugs still the same like you can't upload a video and you cannot open a picture if someone sends you and if you put the app in dark mode mode it doesn't work , it stays like 20 seconds then it turns into normal mode automatically.

they fixed most issues except the most important one, it still sees me as a free user even though I literally have a subscription. When i click on Subscribe it literally gives me the google play error: "you're already subscribed to Thaifriendly... " Hopefully they fix it soon.

the latest update has wrecked the keyboard. I cannot dictate a message. I frequently encounter a problem where I can't even access the keyboard when I attempt to send a message. UPDATE... the newest update appears to have fixed the problem. thanks for the quick remedy

Need to fix ASAP Now with new update they fixed the keyboard issue but now a bigger issue is emerged. Now I just can't send message to anyone it'll show up to upgrade and will show ramdom waiting time 59:59 min 34:59 min 25:59 min if the app is forcing people to upgrade then I believe they are going to loose many users. This should be fixed ASAP. This is really frustrating now.

This used to be a good site but there are recent changes that make it almost unusable now. I was recently charged by credit card for premium membership renewal, but a month later this membership has now been cancelled because apparently they no longer accept card payments through the website (my renewal was on autopayment). A new upgrade was offered on the phone app, but the premium rate is now $29 per month! This is 12 x what it previously cost! Needless to say I will not be renewing.

It used to be a good app for making friends. However recently anytime I try to send a message, I get told to wait 24 hours. Each and every message I've tried to send, the timer gets set back to 24 hours. I don't mind waiting 10 mins as a free user but it's really annoying when I am trying to reach out to someone who I had been communicating with and you suddenly cut me and hold me hostage for $20 a month or 799 baht. I get that you want to make money but not allowing me to send is unfair.

App is very slow to load user profiles and pics and is overall very buggy. Takes forever to upload new photos, if even at all. Whether it's on wifi or mobile data it's slow and unresponsive. I use Android 16 on a new Pixel phone. Search settings are reset on logout and you have to change them every single time on login. Pay for premium but feel it is not at all worth it for this site. The features included do not really justify the price you pay for it. There is zero customer support. Terrible.

After my first review, claiming the app is useless. It's now even worse, as no free membership anymore. You are forced to pay now. But as mentioned in the past review. Pay for what. As messenging with the most attractive girls, your messages get lost in all the other messages sent by others. As you can imagine, the top girls get flooded with messages and never get to see them all, let alone read them. So you rarely get a response. My advise don't bother to pay. Paying mostly to just look.

Could be better, improved tablet support but needs more. Harsh moderation. The web site you would think has the same content but there is a mismatch. I find that there are girls that don't show up on the web site that you can see in the app, others report the reverse, seeing girls on the web that are not in the app. I find girls that I have favourited not showing in the web but are visible on the app. Web favourites have many pages that don't get filled.

The structure of the platform is good. However there are a lot of suspicious things going on. My profile description looks blank to most other users. Some users despite being on your lists, are impossible to find via search (there's no option to be THAT invisible even in premium. Photos in chat disappear in less than 2 weeks. Your profile gets shadow-moderated all the time. On top of that the email code arrives once every week or something. If you get logged out, you're done. I got Premium.

Had no issues with the app until today when I tried deleting my profile as the bio page was bugged. Unable to delete my profile and now nothing loads when I uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Not to mention the wensite is down for whatever reason (tried to see if I could delete my acct through the website). Currently, this app is a waste of time until the issues are fixed

Do not get this app. You will pay for it. And then after contacting a few people and messaging. They will block you from messaging. I'm a premium user. And even after simple easy conversations that are appropriate. I have to email them to unblock me. Because their system blocks people who send too many messages. Even though I'm having a conversation with one person.

I paid for several months of subscription. Thanks to some feedback from other users, I found that only the title of my profile was showing. I reported this to support. I was told it was fixed, but other users continued to inform me that my profile was hidden. One of them sent me a screenshot. I finally gave up trying to get support to fix it. I also noticed other profiles with either no description or one which stopped mid-sentence. I think this is a bug. Nothing offensive at all in my profile.
