I signed up tonight 15 quid, software below par, cancelled subscription, now find I cannot use the site yet paid up until 30 Oct 25, find there is no way to phone, email, contact thaifriendly, had to go to bank to confirm no payment in 30 days, overall : zero rating.
good app. easily make connections and not short of options. recent problem with app is it keeps switching itself out of dark mode. also now limited to 3 pictures when it used to be 6, and cannot upload pictures in app, have to use desktop to do that.
I am free user on this app. Previously, i need to wait for 10 mins to message. But as of now i am not able message anyone as it shows waiting time of 60 mins and once 60 mins is completed, it again starts the timer of 60 mins witjout allowing to message. Please clarify this issue.
can't message anyone, timer bug set to 24hours and even after waiting it's not allowing me to send message. update now it's asking for mandatory face verification when your privacy policy clearly mentions face verification is OPTIONAL update my subscription has been auto cancelled though there is 20 days left
They removed a bunch of features like such as option to chat, my favourites, my likes, ppl who favourite me and people who like me. now all I can access is search. basically unusable now. Need to fire whoever did the last update and roll back to older version as there is no chat now, is no like or favourite lists or anything. all I can do is search.....
I'm forced to give 1 star because the app dont work at the description part there is no way to continue on there is no button or anything and this is after the app takes all my info so now it's got my info and pics and I can't get into the app even restarting dont work I have to wonder how something so simple could be so overlooked...now it feels scammy as now I'll have to go digging through the internet for a way to remove all of my info from this site...its terrible!!
earlier it was good and really free messaging was there but now they have disabled free chat and for messaging anyone, we need to be premium user. i am always getting a 60 minutes timer every time i try initiating a chat with anyone. earlier there was just 10 minutes timer and now this 60 minutes timer but then its also never ending. it always keeps showing the timer and no messages is going.
the keyboard bug has fixed but some bugs still the same like you can't upload a video and you cannot open a picture if someone sends you and if you put the app in dark mode mode it doesn't work , it stays like 20 seconds then it turns into normal mode automatically.
they fixed most issues except the most important one, it still sees me as a free user even though I literally have a subscription. When i click on Subscribe it literally gives me the google play error: "you're already subscribed to Thaifriendly... " Hopefully they fix it soon.
the latest update has wrecked the keyboard. I cannot dictate a message. I frequently encounter a problem where I can't even access the keyboard when I attempt to send a message. UPDATE... the newest update appears to have fixed the problem. thanks for the quick remedy
