Been using The Daily Pour for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you explore thousands of reviews for all kinds of booze – whiskey, tequila, rum, even non-alcoholic stuff. Pretty solid app if you’re into discovering new drinks and staying up on the latest spirit trends.

Here’s what you do: you can scan a bottle label with your phone’s camera and instantly see expert and user ratings and reviews. And there’s also a feed of the latest beverage news and recommendations, which is pretty cool. And you can keep track of what you’ve tried and rate your own pours – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s actually really useful.

Look, if you’re into trying new adult beverages, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the free version has some ads that can get annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to step up your drinking game.

So here's my honest take on The Daily Pour. I've tested a bunch of drink review apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The scanning feature works well and the database of reviews is impressively comprehensive. I like that you can rate your own pours too - it's a handy way to keep track of what you've tried. On the downside, the free version has some intrusive ads that get old after a while. And the news/recommendations section can feel a bit like sponsored content at times. But if you're serious about exploring new spirits and beers, The Daily Pour is worth a download.
