Been using The General® Auto Insurance for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you manage your car insurance policy on the go. Pretty solid if you need to get a quote, make payments, or file a claim.
Here’s what you can do: you can quickly get a quote for a new policy, make payments or even split them across different methods, and you can access your digital ID cards right in the app. And there’s also the ability to start a new claim or check the status of an existing one – that’s pretty handy.
Look, if you need a simple way to manage your car insurance, this app will do the job. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it gets the basics right. Worth checking out if you’re with The General.

So here's my take on The General® Auto Insurance app. I've tried out a bunch of these insurance management apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The core features like getting quotes, making payments, and filing claims all work well. And it's not the most polished app out there, but it's user-friendly enough and gets the job done. The only real downside is that the interface can feel a bit dated and confusing at times, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. If you're already insured with The General, I'd definitely recommend giving this app a try.
