Drs and receptionists at my local location are great. Signing in via app is stupid and a waste of time.

wipes our account info have to call the site ever weeks to register my account, I attempt to reset it on my own but the code never comes to my email. supper annoying

wish this app could have biometric security sign in, and/or remember my password code option. Also pick your favorite Dr when checking in.

I would have given the app 5 stars if I was able to see doctor locations - days in advance. I have no visibility as to when the doctor will be at what office. update 1 Why do the doctors' names disappear during thelunch break?

Amazing,I was in a lot of pain... it was the worst pain I have had. On short notice and out of town the joint chiropractor Dr Adam and the receptionist Alexa was even super amazing. After my appointment, I felt so great I will be back!!!

app is now useless. they've blocked password managers, requiring you to use a weak but memorable password. it's faster and easier to have the receptionist log you in.

Finally an app! it's a good start with just basic information like which Dr is working at which location. I would really like to see more information on my account such as number of visits left, monthly renewal date in the future updates.

everytime I check in at a particular location, it disables the app. I like seeing where my favorite doctor is although more helpful if they would stay in one place. The app is just taking space on my phone.
