I’ve been using The ORA App for a couple months now. It’s basically an apartment search app that gives you real insights from actual renters. No more guessing what living somewhere will be like – the app pulls in reviews from all over the web to give you an ‘ORA Score’ that shows the overall reputation of each property.
There’s a lot of cool features packed in. And you can see the top 3 strengths and bottom 3 concerns for each apartment, which is super helpful. And the renter reviews themselves are really honest and detailed – takes the mystery out of moving somewhere new. Took me a little while to get used to the interface, but it’s pretty intuitive once you start using it.
Look, if you’re looking for a new apartment, this app is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – there’s still some properties without many reviews – but overall it does a great job of giving you the real scoop before signing a lease. Definitely better than scouring a million different sites and reviews.
