Been using The Roku App (Official) for a couple months now. It’s basically a remote control for your Roku devices – you can change channels, search for shows, even use voice controls. Pretty solid app if you’re into streaming TV and movies.
Here’s what you can do: there’s a full remote control so you don’t have to keep track of the physical remote. You can also search for stuff to watch and launch it right on your TV. Oh, and there’s a private listening mode where you can use your headphones. Kinda nice when the rest of the family’s asleep.
Look, if you’ve got a Roku, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the voice search can be a bit wonky sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth downloading if you’re a Roku user.

So here's my honest take on The Roku App (Official). I've tested a bunch of streaming apps and this one's pretty good. The remote control functionality works really well, and I like being able to search and launch stuff straight from my phone. The private listening is also super useful. On the downside, the voice search can be hit or miss, and the app design feels a little dated. But overall, it's a solid companion to your Roku devices.
