Been using The Wichita Eagle & Kansas.com for a couple months now. It’s basically the app version of the local Wichita newspaper. Pretty solid if you’re into keeping up with news and events in the Wichita area.
Here’s what you can do: You can read the latest local news stories, check out weather updates, and browse sports coverage of the Wichita teams. There’s also a digital edition that’s like the print newspaper, which is pretty cool. And you can share articles on social media – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you live in or around Wichita, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can be a bit annoying at times – but overall it does the job of keeping you informed about what’s going on in your city. Worth checking out.
