Simple and efficient! Seeing the turn is just so efficient... I do and redo until things move...
Reviews for The Work App 4.0.1
← Back to The Work App 4.0.1Fantastic way to do The Work while lying down and riding on planes and trains. Allows me to do The Work when I otherwise couldn't; hallelujah!
This is by far the best option for your mental health in asking questions to get you through knowing how to handle any situation that comes up. Byron Katie has an amazing way of making what seems like a mountain into a molehill and easily navigating the ways in which you can recover from your own thinking and turn it around to have a more positive outlook.
Terrible app! No ability to save and continue later. No ability to add additional turn arounds, etc. after the initial work is done. The idea is great but the user experience is terrible. Poorly developed because it is missing basic functionality.
This is such a gift than you I have only done 1 sheet but it's revolutionary. I find holding the structure and my mind quite difficult this structure that for me and will allow me to do what at any time if a easily it's so worth 99p it's priceless
This app is good idea but needs lots of improvement It need to have ability to save and revisit the journal and to download the journal Turnaround help / resources on "my thinking" can be added.
App is incomplete. The turn around sections are completely missing and you're guided to go to the website. What's the point of the app if you have to go to the website anyways? Okay now I'm going to work on my judgment of this App! 🤣🙏
Absolutely amazing! I'm so grateful to have found the work of Byron Katie and to be able to use it on my phone, if paper and pen are not in hand. Thank you so much! The app works flowlessly. It's a pleasure.
Simple and effective exactly what you'd expect from The Work app. thank you for creating it and pricing it so affordable. May you be healthy and happy 😊
The user interface looks nice and the app loads and functions smoothly. However, there is no delete button for individual entries into your work journal (or for any of them). Please fix this basic issue and I'll revise my review accordingly.
Much better app than before ! I like that I can see emotion list and work journal , it's so handy . but I had 1 problem , I couldn't up date my edited work . overall it's worth to buy this app .
Can you please enable the deletion of work journal entries. I have duplicate entries and would like to delete one and I am unable to. This is a good app and will be great when the above is factored into the app.
The app us great, it reflect what Katie teaches. I'd like if the tutorials were more specific to every question. on the videos I see Katie giving more specific suggestions and guidelines to each question. Thanks for a great tool to clean up our minds, sick thinking
Add a Chat GPT type A.I to the "Work" already using it but Chat GPT not optimized for "The Work"...anyone want to volunteer to "spruce up" the app? Writing instead of typing maybe why there are not many downloads compared to say the audio podcast which is great, she still doing it in 2025🥰
This app is well-made and steps you through The Work without having to guess what to do next. It is elegantly simple so that anyone can use it. It works smoothly on my Galaxy phone, and the simplicity and accessibility of the app makes it easy to continue The Work throughout my day.
Only ok. Could someone please fix this app. Specifically: page 3D of 8, page 5 of 8 and page 6 of 8 - none of the comment boxes scroll on these pages. Once u'v written what u need to write, if its longer then 3 lines, it takes an act of god to see what you've written. Those pages dont scroll. Getting back to the top of ur paragraph is laborious and time consuming. Tends to kill ur momentum especially if ur in the middle of discovering or uncovering a belief that needs eradicating. Fix it plz.
Confusing to use. The screenshots and description don't come close to the actual experience of the app. Multiple forms don't seem to align with each other or the workflow outlined in The Work. I tried for some time to work through it, contacted the developer, will just go back to paper for The Work.
I just watched one of Byron Katie's video on youtube where she's speaking to Brian about "releasing outcomes." It was here when I heard about the apps existence! Just downloaded and it's perfect for my needs! Was thinking about printing bunch of sheets and deciding where I'd store them. Now I don't have to! And its always available to me in my pocket! What's also cool is the access to the feeling list at the touch of a button. And I can always go back and check my journal when I want to! Love it
A great app to do The Work. Simple to use. Worth the small fee. A few suggestions to improve it: 1. A pin code to access the app, as the information we write here is often very personal. 2. Be able to add turnarounds through the edit option. 3. There is no enter button to start a new line (when you press enter the app goes to the next part of the worksheet.) I have to use Google voice typing (command: "enter") to start a new line or paragraph. Thank you.
You are better off doing this on paper. If you briefly need to leave the app (e.g. because the phone is ringing) and return to it afterwards it no longer shows the belief you have been working on. If you go back towards the beginning of the form to fill it in you will lose the work you have already done. Everything goes blank. Also, there is no enter function so you can't put new thoughts onto a new line. The app has potential though as this would be easy to change in the programming.
