Been using THINKWARE CONNECTED for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that connects to your THINKWARE dash cam and lets you do all kinds of cool stuff with it. Pretty solid app if you’re into connected car tech.

Here’s what you can do: you can remotely view your car’s camera feed in real-time, whether you’re driving or it’s just parked. There’s also impact notifications – it’ll let you know if your car gets bumped in the parking lot. And you can check your driving history and vehicle status right from the app, which is pretty useful.

Look, if you’ve got a THINKWARE dash cam, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want more control and visibility over your vehicle.

So here's my honest take on THINKWARE CONNECTED. I've tested a bunch of connected car apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The live camera view is super handy, and the impact/parking alerts are genuinely useful features. The driving history and vehicle status monitoring are nice touches too. But I do find the app itself to be a bit clunky and unintuitive at times. And the 4G connectivity feature is only useful if you've got a dash cam that supports it. Not a must-have, but a pretty good companion app if you've already got the hardware.

The app doesn't work. I had tech support help me sync my app to the Q1000 but the app doesn't show my driving history. My last parking shows a location...

Live view works 1 out of 10 times, even less. I get a black screen but it charges me anyway. Later edit: after an update the app works every time....

So disappointed comings with all the promises of what it can do, but I have yet to see it 2 weeks of back and forth and still no WiFi connection....
