Been using Threads for a couple months now. It’s basically Instagram’s new text-based conversation app where you can connect with communities over your interests. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you can follow your Instagram accounts and discover new creators to chat with. And there’s also group threads where you can discuss topics with other fans. And you can start your own threads to share your thoughts – took me a while to figure that out but it’s a cool feature.
Look, if you’re into social apps and online communities, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a new way to connect with people over your interests.
