does anyone know how to switch to premium stream from standard? Can't find a place to ask for help within the app.

Decrease the amount of buying coins and give regular offers for buying coins it's too costly I am requesting you to please decrease the amounts

I was hoping to use this app to talk to overseas friends. I paid for the required credits to stream, but can't see the 'premium' button to lock the stream. I contacted customer service and was rudely told that it was 'under maintenance' and given no eta for a fix. I see other users going premium all the time so the system is obviously NOT under maintenance. why lie to me? *edit* no definitive answer or solution offered in response from developer. disappointing...

the apps is not anymore good especially that stream always banned very strict hard to earn not recommended for solo ma'am

Remove the gifts on the screen, twice I accidentally pressed. It asked me to confirm once now any tap gifts. Remove or ask for confirmation.

I completed my purchase and was charged immediately. But my account was never updated for what I paid for. When I contacted support, they claimed they couldn't verify the order despite me sending proof of payment, including the exact date and amount. Either their system is broken or they’re ignoring basic customer support standards. I’ve essentially been charged for nothing. If you’re thinking of signing up, be warned: if something goes wrong, you're on your own.

I cant topup anymore using Gpay, it saya the developer blocked this purchase from user under 18 yrs old, but my account was way older than 18 yrs old, ive never had an account under 18 yrs old. Last week there is no issue until now.

many scammers in your app they ask more gift to go in premium..when they start premium.streamer ask more gift again.. and if we send more gift streamer quit immediately. please put rules that of they quit they can't get there gift.. we are not satisfied in premium because of scamer

to many people show in premium with no preview, it's appalling. outside that, some good conversations, and others just looking for a buck anyway they can.

A lot of scam and child abuse is either not monitored or only detected very late. There's no moderation if someone reported a stream. People only use it for sexual activity and get money 👎

the app needs an display over other app functions or atleast be able to play /watch streaming on the background , plus add a search bar function for easy search of the host ,live stream/premium streaming, profile,host user name/id/num,add explore/categories function for easy optimization of the stream selection by countries etc, plus it will be more interesting if you guys add watching daily task timepass with token and free gift as a rewards for completing the said task

Average. But was a super app for me. They are more than Robbers that's why traffic are leaving this platform. They pay only about 25% of the donation of the viewers. If anyone gift a total of 334 coins Hoster get $1. Now tell me how much do you pay for 334 coins. But they updated the time of a Premium show for 5 Minutes only where hoster using to cheat that's why people are not Trusting the hoster as well as this app. As a result fishing hosters are getting advantage wher Honest are in trbl

It's okay for a horse cam app 👍. Please move the gifts away from chat input. I've accidentally gifted while trying to type. And the offensive word filter is a big fail. Have an English speaker fix that bug. I've had G-rated, long messages wiped because of a flawed explicit word filter.. Why even have a filter?

This app feels rigged, especially the Street Dice game. Whenever I bet on one side, the opposite result always comes. It doesn’t seem fair at all and looks like a scam. Developers should fix this issue, otherwise people will keep losing trust. Please check and make the game fair.

I wasted tons of money , trying to type in the message and accidentally sending gifts instead.. problem because you can't just have the message up without the gift right above it. needs to be fixed i don't know how but I want all the money I on gifts I didn't mean to send back

For those getting the "Network Unstable" error, try using a VPN. I changed my location and it worked so, I believe it might be region locked. The app itself is nothing special. Would've given a higher review score if it weren't for the bugs. Constant freezes, laggy interface and the content isn't as good as others.

Ti live, why don't you ever fix notification settings? You lose so much money by making it difficult to get notified of live streams. Currently you have no 'live stream' notification category in phone app settings. This means that users cannot apply sounds to live stream notifications. It results in users missing their favorite host and buying less tokens overall. If you tell your devs to create a notification category for 'live streams' in app settings, it will fix this problem.

I really like the app, though I wish there were better ways to earn coins. I kinda had an interesting experience where I spent my lollipop on a premium live, and the broadcaster just sat there on her phone while people were trying to talk to her. Hopefully, not everyone on there is like that.

Having Gifts on screen sucks accidentally tap on them. The app really needs to fix the gifting system. Gifts are always visible on the screen, and just one wrong tap makes them send instantly without any confirmation. I accidentally lost 50 gifts I never intended to send because of this. The gift option should not stay on the main screen, or at least there should be a pop-up asking before sending. Without that, users just keep losing gifts by mistake.
